I found this gold safety pin with beads in my Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad at Zaxby's… when I confronted the manager he insisted they are not responsible for the safety pin in my salad… suggesting I put the safety pin in my salad myself!!! They refused to take any responsibility and refused to give any refund! I am totally disgusted this was in my Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad and he refused to address the issue! I just paid over 9.00 for a salad and the bread took over 3/4 of the plate. The salad would not satisfy a toddler much less an adult. I usually am pleased with it but the bread covers almost the entire plate instead of on top of salad as it usual. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back
What happened to the Zaxby’s club? The signature club sucks! It’s not a club , it’s a freaking chicken filet sandwich. Plus, they didn’t even put bacon or cheese on the one we ordered. If you’re smart, bring back the old club!
