The Blue Zalad was not very tasty to me. Chicken was too spicy. (didn"t know it was going to be spicy) Only ate half and took the rest home. Family members tried it and nobody liked it. My friend who dined with me said the chicken sandwich he had was good.

Employees were nice, but when you get food to go, learn how to bag it. The salad box has an odd top, so you don’t put the regular box on top. It will tumble over. Like ours did.

They have the best fast food salads! I went through the drive-thru. There was a long line, but the staff kept it moving.

The food is great, grounds are clean, and food is served in 5 minutes on average. Overall pretty nice restaurant that keeps me coming back.

This Zaxby’s is a joke. They gave me a Sprite that tasted like Pine-Sol, and when I asked to exchange it, they may be paid for another drink. I asked for sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea. When I drove back to get my sweet tea, they told me they didn’t have any sweet tea….. I don’t normally take things personally, but damn dude… talk about feeling robbed.

Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.

There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.

Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.

They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?

I really want to like this place, but they're so slow it's frustrating. 20 minutes to get your food is ridiculous. The food is good, the people are very friendly, but it's gotta be managed poorly to be that slow. It's not only this Zaxby's, everyone I've been to. You'd think they would figure something out by now
