recommended by some friends who were here two weeks ago. We stopped in today, we were very surprised by our entire experience. From the fantastic service that Carrie gave us. very quick service that came with very hot food. The food was amazing, I had fried chicken livers, fried squash and mashed potatoes with gravy. My husband had fried grouper, clam strips, steamed squash and macaroni and cheese. We will definitely stop by again.
Wow! This place is such a gem. The staff is very welcoming, acomadating and helpful. We oredered the crab dip, shrimp seewee style, and fried green tomatoes for appetizer and there was not one bad bite. The fried green tomatoes are the best I've ever had, lightly breaded, fresh, and not greasy. For dinners we mostly had the fresh catch and the seewee grill and everything was so fresh and delicious. We had an awesome time here. This is authentic low country seafood. We were a little nervous because the week prior there were some terrible reviews but we gave it a shot anyway. Sounds like new kitchen staff a month ago had driven those reviews but they are back up and running strong. Very worth the drive!
