We got the hot wings & garlic parmigiana wings & a large supreme pizza. The pizza was great I especially liked the crust and the toppings were plentiful. Very good pizza. I liked the garlic parmigiana wings but I loved the hot wings. Friendly people which delivered great service I really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back.
Santino’s is our “every trip to Myrtle Beach” stop to have a great meal during our 3.5 hour trip from Charlotte. For 10 years we’ve eaten great pies and other Italian meals. Staff is always nice & you can catch the family-run feeling the moment you walk through the door.Kid-friendliness: Nice family restaurant setting for kids.

I first went there a few years back and the place was great.(good food,good prices,good service). After not going there for a while, I went back a couple days ago. The food isn't as good anymore.(less meat on the subs, less sauce on the spaghetti etc)I understand that the price of food has gone up,but most people attend restaurants for the food not the the price. If food is costing more, raise your prices. Don't lower the quality of what you're serving.
