Food ok 3 piece chicken was breast and 2 wings
Tried giving this established another shot after a long refusal to eat here yesterday. The new staff working yesterday seem to actually care and want to do well as my food was ready in a timely manner and everything was delicious. The gizzards were cooked all the way through this time and the hamburger steak was well seasoned as were the fried okra thus why I am updating my previous one star review. Keep the workers there that care to help yall succeed 💪 🙏.

Love love my home town's little restaurant Big Chick. They are consistent, reliable, delicious and it is ALWAYS a hearty serving of whatever you order. Whiting, hamburgers, Hamburger steak, chicken Livers, fried chicken...all excellent and always friendly with a smile.

Good southern Food
I am passing through the area. I do not live around here but decided to stop by based on Google reviews, convenience and distance. Upon arriving, I walked inside and went straight to the bathroom. I was greeted by the rank odor of urine. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The pictures attached clearly show how dirty the bathroom is. Then, asked the cashier about cooking method for the fried food. She was polite however, I could not eat here due to food allergies. All the fried food is shared in the same fryer. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY!!

Not my favorite place
Slow....
You all need to bring the old staff back. The new staff never knows the menu when you call to order, and asked you over and over what you are saying. The orders are never correct. I ordered a 5 piece whole wing dinner and only had 3 pieces. That is bad business. You charge the full price but don’t get the food in return.
