The food I received was not up to the quality I am used to getting from Hardee’s, and I was quite disappointed today. My hash rounds and grits were undercooked. I asked for cheese in my grits but only received half a slice. When I went to drink my Hi-C to wash down the terrible food, I realized I didn’t have a straw. I ended up removing the lid, and my Hi-C tasted like water. How could they mess up a simple drink?
5 star all the way. I'm hard to please and the only Hardee's I'll eat at is this one. The fountain drink was perfect. I got a double cheeseburger, fries and drink for less than $7 and it was plenty of food. It wasn't greasy or sloppy. The staff takes pride in their work not just in the food but in the overall experience. That's so rare I can probably count on one hand the number of restaurants like that. For years I would not eat at any Hardees...
