Japan Express Restaurant - Hibachi & Grill

This was my first time here came with a friend of mine and the food was hot fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant was well maintained very cleaned. I ordered the steak and chicken combo which is number 30 and their cheese wontons and it was just so flavorful tender and delicious. I know the ratings are five to a zero but my rating is a 10 out of 10 I will definitely be back even if I have to spend an hour to get here I will be back to this place.

Worst customer service order to-go order and the lady that took my order was very very rude. I don't understand why she was so rude this is going to be the last time that I ordered to go or eat here because the customer service was that bad. It's a shame because the food is good but I'd rather give my money to a different restaurant that has good customer service then a restaurant that has awful customer service. Hopefully in the future they can work on their customer service and treating people with respect. But for now they have lost my business because of the customer service I received tonight.

We came here on a whim. The food is delicious and the prices are incredibly reasonable. You don't find many places where you can get lunch for under 15 bucks a person anymore. Really reasonable portions too.

We love Japan Express for their shrimp or chicken dishes. The sweet carrots are an unexpected but delicious addition to each meal! The mother/daughter team that is usually at the register is fantastic: they each remember our order at every visit, and they always welcome us with a smile and kind words. Always a happy meal enjoyed at Japan Express!

This place is pretty decent. The hibachi food is good, their hot chicken wings are very tasty, the lo mein is okay, I personally would not recommend the sushi, it’s not very good.

A wonderfully, delightful little restaurant! Very clean, polite staff, prices on sushi were very reasonable. Would return again, but would double my sushi order. Slightly smaller than expected and still left hungry.

What is this. I ordered two sushi rolls. The spicy tuna and spicy shrimp. There was barely any fish at all. I ate mostly cucumber. I want my money back. The biggest waste of my hard earned money ive ever had. I will be happy to provide pictures
