The absolute worst customer service ever! The manager on duty tonight refused to acknowledge us or the fact that our order was completely wrong. We were told to take what they had because that's what they had. The poor cashiers were trying their best to fix the situation while the manager yelled from the back that we'd have to wait until he was ready to refund the order for the pizza and that his manager would be there Tuesday if we wanted to talk to someone about it. So tonight I thought pizza would be a good idea for our late dinner. After a quick trip to Walmart, I called Little Caesars in Batesburg at 8:09 to order ahead to avoid sitting and waiting. I placed my order to the not so friendly gentleman that answered the phone, I didn't get to finish before the call disconnected.
