Went there after school today for my son. First, they got my order wrong. Secondly, got to window and girl said wrong total. After giving me my food, she didn't give me drinks I ordered. She then gave me a tea and told me that it wasn't on my on order so she was just giving it to me. Then as I asked for my other drink she said there wasn't one on order. I said I could pay for it and she said have good day and slammed window shut as if to say LEAVE! Then I pulled away and got down the road to find that my sons burger was messed up with stuff we asked to not put on it so he would not eat it!!! The girl working window around 3:45/4:00 Tuesday was very non customer service type & acted like she didn't want to work. Will not be back at this location!

Got order wrong and they put toppings on burger anyway and also can’t even put a drink ashen we asked for it so they didn’t give us the drink and didn’t charge us but it’s just the point and also that’s what happens when you hire lazy workers.

I would give Zero stars if I could! I went through the drive thru so I can't speak for inside. As the person starts my order I say the first item, she ask me to wait a second, while I'm waiting she is huffing and puffing with the mic on, she curses twice, then ask me to continue my order. After each item I add she either huffs or says another curse word. I did order for a family of 4 but it was only 2 meals, a salad and 4 drinks, 2 of which came with the 2 meals. At least my kids enjoyed the food but the employee taking orders was disgusting!Kid-friendliness: The language sure isn't small kid friendly!

I got a number three combo meal and some of the nuggets hard on the outside but mushy in the middle didn’t taste fully cooked . Something ain’t right with them fries either.. ? you get to the bottom tasted not cooked all the way.
Food was decent, service (if you can call it that) left a lot to be desired. Cashier was taking our order and stopped to answer her cell phone, had about a 2 minute conversation, then resumed taking our order. Something in the kitchen was smoking to the point that the entire restaurant was hazy. Most likely my last visit to this establishment.

Speaker at drivethru is barely audible, ordered 2 meals (special requests) and received the standard sandwich for both. One appeared to be a day old Al dry and shriveled up. The other was replaced with the order as I had requested. Fries were barely warm as well. I think we were given yesterdays leftovers thinking we were drivethru and would keep on going. Shame on this location

Food was good as usual. But tonight makes two nights in a row where the cashier was very rude towards me. Last night she was just snobby. But tonight she was snobby and when she handed me my food she didn't say goodnight or anything, but to the gentleman in front of me she told to have a good night. It's very rude and I don't appreciate being treated that way.
