10.1.23 Very disappointed. Drove to get a frosty and two things occurred. One, the stupid correct change has been started again at this location even though we haven't had a shortage since 2020 so this owner needs to update thier knowledge a bit and second, the only flavor was pumpkin. Super soft and half melted and flavor was way over spiced. I like pumpkin but this missed the mark. If you cannot manage a business properly to current economic standards then sell it.
The store is very dirty and the beverage machine was disgusting! I immediately went to the counter and told the employee that there was catchup and spilled drink in the one and only beverage dispenser. She told me thank you but after finishing my lunch the mess was still there. I wish DHEC could have been here today. The chili was barely warm and the burger had been sloppily made. Come on Wendy’s you need quality assurance!

Food was good as usual. But tonight makes two nights in a row where the cashier was very rude towards me. Last night she was just snobby. But tonight she was snobby and when she handed me my food she didn't say goodnight or anything, but to the gentleman in front of me she told to have a good night. It's very rude and I don't appreciate being treated that way.
