This place is awful. There is awful. They had two tables seated and taking no more tables. I tried ordering a drink to stand and drink it and they wouldn’t do it. Literally. 20 people maybe in place.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. It took forever to get our food. The drinks were warm or watered down. Our waitress never came to get refills. They never gave us silver ware. The waitress acted like we were a burden for her. It was an unbelievable experience. Never go there.

Slow as hell went to redeem my birthday wings. They gave me such a hard time. When I show the lady the email cam this morning. Waste of time stopping . People got work to do. Why give me a hard time. I gave you all the proof. Won't be going back. Time is money. And I don't have it to waste. Reading others review..Glad I missed out 💯

we were there for A long time it took 10 minutes to get menus I would say 20 minutes before the waiter even came to the table after ordering the drinks it really seem like we were NOT welcome there this is not the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but probably the last

Very weird experience. 45 min wait, when the restaurant was empty, I said no problem probably just short staffed and asked to go to the bar to get drinks while we waited for the table. I was told we could not get drinks and sit at the bar (there was 1 person sitting at the bar) due to them being on a “hold” so unable to sit people anywhere in the restaurant until the kitchen was caught up. Took a look around the 5 tables that were actually seated had their food, and I told them we wouldn’t order food at the bar just wanted to get some drinks while we waited for our table, still no. This was a Friday night, not a Buffalo Wild Wings atmosphere/vibe at all, very bizarre. Food was great though and quick once we actually got a table!

Went to eat and my bf ordered drinks for himself his friend and the waitress left and took 15 minutes to come back to our table with drinks and then another 15 minutes before the waitress came back and it was a different person and at that point she snapped at us saying she needed to see my id for the drinks yet I was not drinking I was just having water then the food came out the sandwich was wrong. Then after the food came out the manager who I think was serving us didn’t come back for 30 minutes and my bf had to flag down another server and she came up to the table and literally in the rudest way said WHAT like we just wanted the check to go home. It is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant it was terrible

It took an 1hour and 30 mins for some boneless wings and fries. But overall the food was great but it shouldn’t take that long for a boneless combo . We ordered at 6:10? We got our food around 7:20ish..

I'm a semi truck driving Wingsaholic, which means I order wings all over this country. The first time I ordered wings here they were great. So I decided to order for me and my family last night. All of us have food poisoning, stomach pains and diarrhea. Either the chicken was bad or somebody didn't wash their hands. Other than that the service is great and the atmosphere is pretty cool.

Service is very bad. The waitress did not get my order right. I order a sandwich and they bought out a salad. The manager on duty did not even come over to see what was wrong or how the waitress got the wrong order. And then trying to make the order right it took one hour.

Don’t even waste your time ordering to go from this restaurant. Whoever manages this place needs to be unemployed. It can be dead inside and servers will just walk by you without asking what you’re there for or if you’ve been helped, I had to damn near walk into the kitchen to finally get help because nobody sits up front.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings - and the food at this location is usually decent - but I’ve ordered for delivery about 7 times this year and they just can’t ever get the order completely right. They either forget the Bleu cheese dressing, put the wrong cheese on the burger, forget the tots, or give the wrong sauce. I don’t think they have ever ever nailed a basic order for 2 people. It’s always close but you can always count on it being a little off. I even called once to make sure they got it right, but nope. I’ll reconsider next time.
