The last 2 times I went to Beaufort Burger King were the worst experiences ever at any nationwide BK. In July. they were OUT of burgers. Really? BURGER King is out of burgers?!? The next time in August, the bun had mold, of which I did not find until after I ate most of the sandwich & was miles down the road. The restaurant was filthy. The staff was too. Never again!

Aweful restaurant I ever had in the US!. I ordered Whooper sandwich with large coke. The coke is nasty and you can'trecognizewhat taste it is,. they gave the old coke with a lot of ice that someone ordered and they gave it to me. When I got home and drink the coke it's taste like a water. I didn't share the photo because I already deleted on my phone.

I have never been charged for extra pickles or extra onions, this is my last visit to Burger King....They had the balls to charge me for the extras but failed to deliver, the burger looked it had been dropped from a ten story building, took it back, they made a new one and the gal at the counter asked if I wanted a crown, worst burger ever, this store needs new management or closing..

This store needs to close. Waited at the drive thru for 15 minuts before someone took my order. When I got my food it wasnt cooked all the way. It was completely unedible. Dont waste your time or money here, the staff is rude and doesnt want to serve you anyhow.

Normally BK is our favorite. Staff is beyond unprofessional and place is dirty. Feces on bathroom wall. Food terrible. Drinks in dining room flat. No ice in dining room machine. Ordered whopper and meat was grey didn’t look like beef. All staff there today should not have jobs and act like they don’t care to provide service to your customers. May as well have thrown our money in the trash.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My party and I went in for counter service. There were three employees working, and none seemed too interested in taking our order. When they did, we asked for ketchup with the fries, and the curt response was, “we don’t have ketchup” (in a very impolite tone). Then I wanted to try the new “Melt” sandwich, which was advertised all over the store and menu. Again, the harsh, impolite response , ”we don’t have the buns for the melt. They were supposed to be here last week, but not here yet.” Then I ordered a whopper, with onion rings. “We don’t have any onion rings” in the same impolite tone. Then we got drinks. All soft drinks were flat, so we had to ask them to fill them from the drive through. Again, an aggravated response. Then we asked for straws, since there were none at the drink area. Another aggravated response, with a “toss” of the straws to us. Then we asked for salt and pepper. “We don’t have any salt and pepper”. Then we got our order, and the burgers were wrong. So the employees started shouting at each other about the order. Besides this, the place was filthy. The store should seriously be shut down. So, Google readers, if I could give them a score of -10, I would. All of the employees there should be fired, and the store closed. DONT GO!!!

Worst experience ever was going to go through the drive-thru and order I had my children with me ask for just a sec so I could decide and the girl came back across the drive-thru ask if was going to order or not well I guess not I'll just go somewhere else since apparently your employees no customer service skillsSaturday March 4th at 10am

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. My burger was cold. It is almost like it wasn't cooked on the grill, but barely heated in the microwave because the cheese wasn't even melted. The soda was flat. I will never go back again. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend going here. I see positive reviews and I really don't get it.

How do you order & pay for your food in drive thru then have to pull up and wait for ice cold food. It's getting pretty sad when you pay outrageous prices for a burger but a cold one at that
