Went through the drive through and when I got to where I was going I look at my sandwich and it was missing the cheese and bacon. Went back to Chick-fil-A in the drive thru for them to correct it and then they give me a fried sandwich when I ordered grilled. So I went in the store a 3rd time because I didn’t want a fried sandwich and they fixed the sandwich and then was missing my bacon for the 3rd time. So I had to go in there a 4th time to get the correct sandwich. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a grilled sandwich with cheese and bacon and it’s not that hard to read a sticker and get the right sandwich.

Bad experience! Went through the drive- thru tonight and spent over $35 and never got a receipt, got all the way home only to have my order wrong. Drove back up there for them to correct it and a girl named Dana insisted without a receipt it is their policy is not to make it right. So their customer service really sucks and her attitude was worse. After dealing with her horrible attitude the manager finally made it right but had to get ugly for that to happen. No since in the rudeness over .70 cents!

Never a bad experience when I go, but recently found out this location only gives discounts to Beaufort County law enforcement. Which isn't fair to other agencies when they come in town for either training or inmate pickup. Should be fair all around
I got charged twice for the meal, they said it would be pending for 48 hours then they would disappear. This happened 4 days ago it is still there and it's just a big hassle to get my money back. This literally makes me never want to go to Chick-fil-A again.
