Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was excited when I heard a chipotle was opening near my house but this chipotle is the biggest disappointment. Horrible service and horrible food. I stopped eating from this location after the second visit. Management DO BETTER.

Very disappointed in the customer service and the little girl that was SPRAYING CLEANING SPRAY BY THE FOOD WHY WE WERE ORDERING. NOT COOL AT ALL DEFINITELY A BAD PLACE HAD NO CREAM CHEESE NO LETTUCE. RUDE RUDE

0/10 I would not recommend, disgusting, lazy people work in that place. I found a glove in my bowl and I was disgusted, now I feel sick. I will never eat from chipotle again. Never. That place needs to be shut down.

I order my kids a cheese quesadilla they didn’t even cook it all the way the cheese was not melted at all and the chips were a little bit too salty y’all need to do better! And the food wasn’t even hot.

The chips salty as hell sum times soft the sauce queso to watery like y’all need to do better baking or handing making those chips come on lock in bruh

I went to this location for a bowl, and they didn’t have any napkins on the sauce counter. When I went back to ask them for napkins, a guy pulled out a torn package from under the food counter, and as he placed it on the counter right next to the food, dozens of roaches of all sizes came out. It was extremely disgusting. I love Chipotle’s food, but this place was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant chain.

Paid $15 plus tip for a bowel that looks like its already been eaten.

Would not recommend going through anything but in person ordering before you get shorthanded.

Worst Chips and Guacamole i’ve ever had, Chips were soooo stale i could barely even chew them and guacamole had a weird taste.

Burrito had barely any protein unless you ask for more 3 times. And the aluminum foil around the burrito didn’t even cover it fully.

We noticed our pickup order was incorrect (which happens often at this location), so we went back in the store to see if they could make our correct order. The workers were very rude to us and acted like it was inconvenient of us to want what we originally ordered. They argued with us, even after we showed them the mobile order and the bowls (clearly not the same). They proceeded to make us new bowls and messed them up again, ignoring us when we said what we got (felt intentional). I don’t like how we were treated and I won’t be going to this location again. I normally eat chipotle weekly, but I’m tired of being treated so rudely.

For starters.... Management should NOT yell at employees when there are customers in the store! The lady who made our food was terrific! That's why service is the 5 stars. A warning must be that food may be cooked with lemons or limes, for people with citrus allergies. I know it's rare, but it's an allergy. Because of the Management and my allergy, I will NOT be coming back. It wasn't for the quick thinking of my boyfriend and his driving, I would not be here.

Ordered barbacoa, it was chicken very nasty 17.00 for my order and grandson had to have a meal that he said was disgusting ( his words not mine). I didn’t have time to return he was heading to practice.

Gave a star for the few employees who actually give your money's worth. Shame on those peasant portions. Increased prices and decreased servings... make it make sense.
