House of Tang is a very nice Chinese restaurant near Parris Island, offering the best Chinese food in town. The restaurant is a hidden gem with fresh, appetizing food and great service. The menu includes Lo mein, fried or white rice, egg roll, sesame chicken, and egg drop soup with the OG recipe. The wings are crispy, the dumplings are awesome with fantastic sauce, and the orange chicken is loved by customers. The sweet and sour chicken is cooked fresh to perfection with tasty crunchy breading and warm, juicy chicken inside, paired with perfectly cooked white rice. The portions are very good, and the prices are very good and affordable at $10 per person or less, which helps those suffering during high inflation times. Outside near the parking lot there is no logo or signage other than an OPEN sign, but inside is nice and clean with an interesting design. The employees are friendly, work hard, and work as fast as they can. House of Tang has over 25+ years of wonderful food, great service, and is definitely worth a try. The 4.3 rating should truly be a 5 star rating. House of Tang also owns Chick n Boba with an outstanding Boba Selection.
