I ordered 2 giant number 17's with extra cheese and add bacon on both. I waited to leave my home so by the time I arrived it would be ready. The girls started making the subs once I got there (it wasn't busy) so theres no excuse why it wasnt already being made. Once I recieved them, the bread was wrong, there was not extra cheese, bacon on only 1 of the subs and an excessive amount of peppers and onions with little meat. I called and after a long wait for the phone to be answered I was not offered a refund or new sub. I am extremely disappointed considering this keeps happening and I always do the orders online.

Bickering among employees, one worker just walked out. Order placed via the app didn’t get done until 30 minutes after scheduled pick up. Last time I was in here, the female manager was super rude. People just walking in are given priority over online orders. I will not come to this location again. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is the 3rd time I believe.. that we’ve gotten the wrong sub at this location. 3rd times a charm. We ordered ahead. So the order is right there with my name. Shouldn’t be a mix up.

It’s disappointing when the store hours are 10am -9pm on a Sunday, you arrive at 10:10 am trying to beat the rush and trying to get to the beach ahead of traffic , NO BREAD UNTIL 10:30. It’s a sub store. I’m a big fan but this is not acceptable or at least post it on the door. Expect more from this franchisee.
