Jersey Mike's Subs

I visited at lunch time on 10/18/24. It was a bit busy and had a wait, but the 3 gentleman working there were so well-mannered and polite. They hustled and made sure everyone was taken care of and got what they wanted. It always leaves an impression on me when I see it’s busy, and the employees have a positive and intentional disposition. Shout out to the great customer service provided by those 3.

Ordered online 2 giant subs. Received one giant and one regular. The one sub was drenched in oil I had to throw it away bc it was soaking wet. I specifically asked for no oils or vinegar.

Watching the place was empty people hanging out in the back It came up front to clean the slicer There were no other customers in the store after a 10 minute wait of them cleaning the slicer they started to feel to go orders. I'm holding my three old grandson for 20 minutes they finally take our order. Absolutely the worst service I've had eating at Jersey Mike's in 20 years I've been patronizing. Really disappointed. This is the Jersey Mike's. Sea Island parkway Beaufort county South Carolina

No greeting. 3 ppl standing around, including the manager. Left after 5 mins waiting while they tried to figure out someone’s GF order. You can at least acknowledge your other customers…

I want to recognize Will for a wonderful lunch today. It was delicious (turkey and provolone on rosemary bread), and he let me sit at a table while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. I read a book, made phone calls, and did some computer work. I give Will 5 stars for Southern Hospitality!

The owner is steadily collecting his or her paycheck while not addressing any issues going on in their place. Employees are not paying attention to what's supposed to be put on the sandwich but rather, put whatever they deem necessary. Completely opposite of what I asked for!! Perhaps check on your place cause your employees are making you and your business look bad.

Ordered over 1 hour ago online and when I got there, none of my sandwiches were made. They were catering to customers in line as if my business never mattered. Highly disappointed and very inconvenient!!!!!

We stopped in for an expertly made sandwich and BAM, we got one. The crew here are friendly, and the sandwich was really good. We are RV people so we look for Jersey Mike's because we know we will get good food. And this location made really good crispy bacon. I do love crispy bacon on my turkey sandwich #7 Mike's way....well minus the tomatoes.Thanks JM. Good job!!!
