Jersey Mike's Subs

I have never given a 1 star review before today. A chicken cheese steak? Barely anything on here and when I called they said it wasn’t their problem and I could take it up with DoorDash. Won’t ever return to this location.

When I walked in I was greeted with the best people. They gave me amazing customer service. Name Zo and Kellz, I will definitely come back. The store was cleaned and they made my order quickly. Best experience ever

Ordered a giant. They ended up bagging up my order for someone else and giving it to them.. that person left. Then they gave me that persons order instead which was a regular. I told them it wasn’t my order and I ordered a giant .. Then they made the other half of the giant.

While they were bagging up orders they almost put my order in a bag of someone else’s order again! I stopped them and let them know that my sandwich. This is all with 15 minutes or so.

It gets better… I get home, and they made it on the wrong bread. They also asked if I wanted to leave a tip … NO.

5/24 Peyton & Kate were great! Friendly, enthusiastic & very efficient. Greeted with a smile and were all around great staff.

In consideration the last 3 wraps I've ordered were made with oil despite me not choosing oil and not being able to eat my wraps due to this as I cannot eat oil drenched foods. This time I chose a hot chicken wrap to avoid an issue like before. My wrap was made incorrectly again so I took it back. Both the girl making the pick up orders and the one working on the grill were extremely rude to the point of being near offensive. It then took 20 minutes to receive my wrap all the while the woman on the grill giving me nasty looks and attitude since I brought it back. Honestly not worth it if this is how they treat customers. It shows they do not care at all about customer service.

First time my husband and I visited the Ladys Island location. We were greeted as we walked in and the gentleman behind the counter who took our orders was very professional and didn’t hesitate to answer our questions. Our sandwiches were perfect and he even cut mine in four slices as requested. No complaints and very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!

Always a great place to eat!

I visited at lunch time on 10/18/24. It was a bit busy and had a wait, but the 3 gentleman working there were so well-mannered and polite. They hustled and made sure everyone was taken care of and got what they wanted. It always leaves an impression on me when I see it’s busy, and the employees have a positive and intentional disposition. Shout out to the great customer service provided by those 3.

Ordered online 2 giant subs. Received one giant and one regular. The one sub was drenched in oil I had to throw it away bc it was soaking wet. I specifically asked for no oils or vinegar.

Watching the place was empty people hanging out in the back It came up front to clean the slicer There were no other customers in the store after a 10 minute wait of them cleaning the slicer they started to feel to go orders. I'm holding my three old grandson for 20 minutes they finally take our order. Absolutely the worst service I've had eating at Jersey Mike's in 20 years I've been patronizing. Really disappointed. This is the Jersey Mike's. Sea Island parkway Beaufort county South Carolina
