Kind of a off to the side store but definitely worth it. I workout and stay fit just for a life style. But, if you're maybe a bodyguard, do crossfit, military, or practice martial arts. I definitely recommend this place. The shake on my photo is a 32oz honey and vanilla with some protein shake.

I have only just found this place, but the owner is SO friendly and welcoming. Once I get their hours down to know when to show up, I will DEFINITELY be seen there more often.

Who said being healthy couldnt be delicious! Flavors are endless and many add ons to make it align with your health & fitness goals! But dont get me wrong, if you want to splurge you can to! A perfect way to cool off on a hot SC day.
Awesome place to visit for a healthy yet delicious meal in a shake and teas that are flavorfilled and can boost energy needed for a perfect workout. I love this place. Perfect sense of peace and tranquility.

The shakes are thick and very filling. The teas are bursting with flavor and energy. ? The drinks are sooo good it makes me keep come back for more. The owner Kia is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products she sells.
