This place is horrible. Very rarely do they get an order right and when you sit at the order kiosk in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone even says anything…. Horrible.
Horrible service waited 24 min in drive thru. I was car number 5 stuck in line because you can’t turn around. No greeting no welcome ,no sorry for your wait ,no thank you…” what’s your order” and OK . No total or repeat back my order. Received med fries when I ordered large and my quarter pounder was cold , it didn’t even melt the cheese and the bun was hard on the edges. Then to top everything off, I had one napkin. I really felt as I was a inconvenience to them...read full review
This location is inconsistent and just plain poorly operated. Literally sat at the drive thru speaker just now for 8 minutes 5:01AM to grab breakfast on the way to work for someone to rudely answer and tell me the “system” is down to count the drawers down. I so I park in a spot for 15 minutes as I count 7 cars get told the same thing. I get back in line and up to the speaker only to be told the same thing...
