The worst experience in any fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Did curbside. We were missing half of what we ordered. Tried going inside, door is locked while the employees are screwing off inside. So had to go through the drive through. About 15 cars in line. One car gets to advance to the drive through every 5-10 minutes or so. So the food I do have is getting cold. The shakes I got are getting warm. I finally get to order board thing and tell them what is missing.. they tell me they’re out of ranch.. I have ranch in the bag for the other meals. I order a missing shake… they say the shake machine isn’t working today… I have shakes in my car from 15 minutes prior during the curbside order… confirming what I’ve always suspected… it’s never actually “not working”. Also, while people are waiting there 5 to 10 minutes for each car in the drive-through you look inside and see the employees giggling and looking out the drive through window. This place is a joke. Do not go here if you expect even the most minimal customer service.

ent to this location and THEY FORGOT to fulfill my Order-instead of complaining I went to reorder my missing item no harm no foul,not even 3 mins after I ordered already I was told that “the card machine isn’t working” yet was there paying with card mins before I went back around.hire workers who wanna work or don’t be tf open.simple 😂 I was told “to pull up to the window” as a threat lmfao,y’all have straight bums working at your facility willing to lose they job over not wanting to flip a burger? Bahahaha employees are a whole joke here😭😂

Why do they constantly put so much sauce on their sandwiches that you literally get bathed with sauce when you try and take a bite? Got a big Mac and all I could eat was the patties because there was so much sauce that when I picked it up to take a bite I got sauce all over me and my hands that it took me six full size napkins the get it all off my hands. If these employees are so disgruntled about their jobsaybe they need to quit and let someone who wants to work take their place. I for one am tired of suffering their wraith I'm paying.good.money.for.lousey service and piss poor quality food even for a.fast food restaurant. Management get off your ass and train these people or fire their incompetent ass. Very disappointed customer I won't be back to this establishment again

Got a chicken big machine that looked like it was gonna be food poison outcome. I trashed it, just basically paid 10 dollars for a drink and small fri. Service was outstanding but the food was aweful.

we come from FL and decided to stop by & Ariel was amazing with his service he helped out so much 👍( deserves a raise!! )
I ordered my food through delivery and my fod was made quickly. When I got my food the fries were good, but my big mac was not made the way I wanted. To top it off my order customization was stamped on the top of the box.

I’m usually skeptical about McD’s but the food from this location was HOT & FRESH! Almost made me go back a second time this week as other fast food restaurants in Beaufort really aren’t that great (other than CFA).
Service is definitely lacking but whatever as long as my food is hot and tastes good and doesn’t look like crap (which a lot of McD’s tend to do).

Inside of restaurant had dirty tables. Selected a dine in choice and you are required to enter a table number so your food will be delivered. Did that and paid at the kiosk.
Food was never delivered. You had to go to the counter to get it in a to go bag. Didn’t get drink cups. Didn’t get napkins. Didn’t get ketchup. Asking for any of these required you to stand at the front counter and wait for employees chit chatting about their social lives to finish before getting help.
One soda machine was out of ice as well.
And to top it off for 25 minutes there was an extremely loud beeping in the restaurant which was overridding any music or conversation.
Walking out you could see more McDonald’s employees (5 of them) sitting in the dining room than were actually working in the back.
I asked for some mayo to be added to a burger and got what you see in the picture. Half was in the box and not on the burger. Burger was also over salted a lot.
You’d be much better off going hungry than visiting here. Or go across the parking lot to one of three other places you can get a burger from here.

Drive through line took so long I thought I was going to miss the presidential election on TV. The food is overpriced as hell for what it is. The McDonald Brothers and Ray Croc would be rolling in their graves if they saw how much their company has decended into garbage since the 70's.
