I ordered a curbside pick up and was sitting outside for half an hour waiting for my food to be brought to me while everyone at the drive-through was getting their food quickly. When I went inside my food was just sitting on the counter and had gotten cold. Management needs to take a good look at how things are being run here.

They are so slow! 9 out of 10 times the food is terrible too. It's cold and the burgers seem like they've been left out for hours before reaching you. They are dry. It's like this almost every time I go there.

The one in Beaufort sc, Ribaut road sacks, employees are so clumsy,little kids running and playing around the store, sometimes the inside closes as early as 630pm, you have to go through the drive thru yet those kids are running around and outside the store playing....somebody needs to monitor those kids.

This place has horrible customer service. I came to the drive through, an employee says “ we are only taking exact change” I go to the store that’s 5 minutes away and I come back with change and they gonna tell me we are only accepting online orders. The app is currently doing breakfast at 11 at night for some reason. Employees just standing outside talking and smoking. This has been the worst experience I ever had here. Don’t come here at night, night crew don’t want to do their job.

Says 24 hours it’s 4:05 am the the workers just looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. How can such a nice looking McDonalds have some of the worst employees and reviews? WASTE OF TIME

Husband got food poisoning right after he went to this mcdonalds 11/21/25 at 10:30pm :( he threw up 6-8 times last night from it
I work night shift on the air station so I was excited that hours changing and being able to get a sweet treat once off but showing up at 0447 when it shows it opens at 0400 but nobody answering nobody saying anything. And this isn’t the first time this happened either I’m honestly just going to stop trying at this point……

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Worse McDonald’s in Beaufort county. I waited in the drive thru line for over an hour then received cold fries. Also got to the window to see a bunch of young kids just playing around meanwhile there’s a line going out the parking lot.
