The McDonald’s in beaufort are the worst in America. Not to mention overpriced!
I enjoyed stopping here to buy Momma and Little Man my Nephew Mickey Ds.
Been sitting in spot 2 for Curbside pickup for over 20 minutes now. Had 2 McDoubles and a water.
Never got my food, guess I’ll just hit up for a refund online. Goodbye lunch break thanks to incompetence. If I was the owner of this location, I’d check in. You’re losing money, whoever you are.
Worst McDonald’s ever. Honestly. I’ve given it many chances and I used to work at a McDonald’s before but this store in specific always has issues. This last time I went, through the drive-thru I said my order and they only had the second window open. They completely missed to add my daughter’s happy meal and her hot fudge sundae. When I ask the employee to make a separate transaction and I’ll pay for it, she said she can’t do that. So I made the line again and mind you there was a long line with a long wait, I got my things and when I check my daughters happy meal they didn’t add the cheese to the hamburger and I paid 0.40 cents extra for it. They didn’t give me any receipts either so I don’t exactly know what they charged me for. This is not the first time they either mess up my order or don’t add all of what I asked for. I’ve been there for more than 10 times. Management or corporate have to check out what’s going on cus it’s unacceptable.
The drive thru is terrible. this is not the first time i’ve sat in it for more than 20 minutes. pitiful

Kindergarten kids could operate store more efficiently. Employees get paid to stand and talk. Approach one to ask if you could order at counter instead of kiosk and prepare to get scorn. Demoralizing to see this is what it's come to.
Franchise owner should come work a day with employee s. Might be only one doing anything. How a business stays afloat with inattentive, apathetic, disrespectful employees must be something on McDonalds can do. I am only frustrated with myself for thinking that the experience would be anything different than what it was. If the employee s are going to act like clowns, they should wear a Ronald Mcdonald costume.
The restaurant has an unusual layout. Unlike any I have seen. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Food was good and hot. The store was very clean and orderly. Better than most McDonald's.

Did not receive my apple slices
Sat at the order screen fir a half an hour with 14 other cars, nobody took order or anything and finally after the car at windows blamed horn for 5 minutes they finally came and said they couldn't take cash. Could have said this half an hour ago. There's no way to get out of the line, so sat another half hour waiting on them to serve the 2 cars that actually had cash, nothing is still open after an hour. But to top it all off, the lady at windows was rude as you wouldn't believe. It takes every employee of a place all being equally as bad at their job for a store to run this horribly. Do better McDonald's, this location is a clown show.
Cold food
Drive thru workers decide when they’re open or closed not the posted hours. Also not like a closed 5 minutes early deal, multiple hours before posted closing on signage of the drive thru. Random kids running around in the kitchen (not young workers, literal kids like under 10 years old.)
Was excited eating my fries otw home just to realize they gave me the wrong burgers and I’m missing 5 nuggets.
