Service was outstanding by the wait staff, the food, however, has fallen off, too much for me to want take home boxes or return. The staff I overheard were asking if they were out of mashed, which is concerning also. They akso de-ordered garlic parm bites as they were also out of that. Mediocrity at its finest, and therefore, I am out.

Food was so bad; they couldn't even get French Fries right!! Completely avoid the chicken sandwich; you get much better in fast-food chains. Overpriced for the meal I ordered.

The service was excellent. The fried shrimps was not good at all. It was fried to much I couldn’t eat but a few. The young lady that served us knew I was upset because we asked for the check not even 10 minutes after receiving the food. I hate to ask someone to cook food again because people do all kinds of stuff to your food.

We drove further to this one rather than Charleston due to the continuous poor experience at the Charleston location and we are glad we did, the service and food were all excellent, everything was perfectly cooked, we will definitely be back, worth the drive!

I went there on Saturday night..I ordered mild wings with French fries with blooming onions...when the wings came up and I was about to bite in it the wings were raw which just killed my appetite and the server went to get the manager, he came over an apologized and offered to bring the menu back out to reorder but still got charged overall the service was great...its a hit and miss going there when you give them chance after chance especially when your hungry ughhh!....
Very poor service. Food was good.. not good as comparison with another outbreak I think new management need to learn a lot

We went for dinner- waited 25 minutes for a table- although there were free tables. We ordered an appetizer and dinner. The blooming onion never came. The meals came out- the baked potatoes were hard on the inside. Our server apologized and comped the meals. He explained there was a definite problem with organization with the kitchen. He tried- but with many restaurants to choose from - we won’t hurry to return to Outback.

Horrible experience we will never go back! Took forever to get our food. Waitress said a manager would be over and possibly comp us. Well that never happened. Asked for additional napkins for messy ribs. Waitress comes back with tiny cocktail napkins. I asked for a bottle of A1 steak sauce and got a tiny dipping cup of what was not A1. Waited forever for the check and had to flag someone down to get our check. I could understand if it was a exceptional busy night but the place was dead.
