2 strikes is all you get when we're out that much money! 1st time we complained to the mgr & were treated rudely so went on to corporate who said we would hear back from regional within 3 days but never did. Waited weeks before trying again & received a sloppy mess that made us decide not again! The cheese sticks were good, the pep/pineapple/olive pizza was soggy & slightly shifted but kids didn't care if it was just cheese so ate it.
