I went to sonic right before closing a few weeks ago and had a great experience! My greeting from John at the drive through was great! Susan and John made sure my order was correct and I had everything I needed.
Saw a commercial for the smash burger and had to give it a try. It was pretty good, not sure why I couldn't just buy the burger because I really didn't want the combo, Not worth $12+, and could use some seasoning on the burger, but was pretty good otherwise.
Matthew provided AMAZING customer service while I ordered my food! I saw an item on the app & asked if they had it ; sadly they didn’t but had something similar. Matthew took it upon himself to look up the item & make it anyways!!!! It was absolutely delicious & just what I was craving!!! 10/10 best service I’ve everreceived!!
