This has happened several times but there is ZERO consistency with this location.I pay extra for extras and rarely ever receive.This morning I purchased three of the same venti cold brew coffees and all three were different. Last weekend it was the same thing.Please work on consistency at this location especially with cold brew.

The mobile walk-in is horribly slow at this location. I ordered my drink at 8:22 and didn't get it until 8:47!! When I asked the barista when my order will be ready she looked at me like I was crazy for asking. There was at least six people waiting for their order and from what I could see there was no sense of urgency from the barista behind the counter. Meanwhile the man making drinks for the to go window was running circles around everyone else. He clearly understands that people want their coffee quickly and have to get to work!Will not be doing pick up inside any longer.

Husband and I ordered on the app as an “IN STORE” order. Everyone knows “in store” usually means you walk into the store. We weren’t greeted with a hi how can we help you we just got blank stares. We sat down and waited for our order to be placed at the pick up area. Waited 10 minutes, then 20 finally got up walked to the counter. Waited 5 minutes and finally asked one of the workers if they could check in an order for us. Gave the name and we were told oh yeah, it’s a drive thru order. I said no it’s not it’s in store, checked my app to confirm. She says it’s alright we can still grab them for you….. she grabs our drinks that have been sitting in the drive thru area for 20 minutes now and says “I’m glad you said something who knows how long they would’ve sat”…. I picked up my drink looked at the sticker and lo and behold, it said “IN STORE” service was awful, laughing about a mistake they made awful. Very disappointed.

This location plays it extremely fast and loose with non-dairy milk. 50% of the time they give me dairy milk instead of soy/oat. I am lactose intolerant so I always order (and pay extra for) this, and it's really disappointing because I just have to throw the drink away.Go inside and watch them make it if you can't tolerate dairy!

As a partner at another Starbucks location, everything at this locations checks out well! I came during peak hours with a 3 drink order and the partners their were so kind and looked like they had good team work. My drinks were spot on other than my chai being a little too sweet, but I believe that was my fault for not cutting the pumps. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely swing by to enjoy these folks again :)

I was disappointed, when I went in for a medicine ball tea the young lady at cashier told me that we ran out of tea to make it. For a place to be cool/cold should always be stock for the Ingredient to making the tea, oh one more thing can some increase the hot steamer. I do like mines ex, ex, ex hot..

Quick service. Sometimes they get very busy and the drive-through line is long, but the staff are quick and friendly so it usually goes fast. Best Starbucks in Beaufort County!!

There are many improvements that need to be implemented here! Today is the last time I will go, the girl not only got my order incorrect she added in a 1.00 tip without my permission. She didn't ask or see if I added a tip in the bucket. several occasions they forget the syrup but charge me, they also do no make fresh coffee enough. It needs to be understood that people have allergies so they need to get the dairy free option down and take it seriously.

I placed my order inside and sorry to say it took like 30 minutes to get my one drink. I know the service could have been way better. Just seems like the drive through was the only concern. I will never go inside at this location ever

My husband and I needed a coffee badly after driving six hours from Atlanta. It was a lovely Starbucks with friendly people and great service. Very walkable to the hotel we were staying at and the area of town we were in.

Drive-thru girl pocketed my dollar. Bought 2 sandwiches, my total was 11.45, i gave the girl at the drive-thru a 5, 6 ones, and 45 cents. I know i counted out the ones correctly, i counted 3 times while waiting just so i didn't give the wrong amount. The girl then glares at me and says i only gave her 10, she doesn't recount it in front of me to show me, she just demands another dollar. Watch your employees theyre stealing from your customers.
