I worked their from september 2023 to April 2024 I quit becuz the manager gabby is unbearable she is rude and uses her power to be so. She even changes the functionality of the store without telling the person who actually runs the store she plays with people's schedules and lies to them to get them to do what she wants just like she lied saying everybody gotta work a weekend at a different store. I'm not the only one who doesn't like her either many of my coworkers dont and she also plays favorites.

Dramatically improved from a year or two ago. WH has really brought this location up to snuff. New manager is doing an excellent job. Also wait staff. Food and service outstanding.

I really don't understand....WHYI Order to go and I have to pay aSERVICE CHANGE 1.20TO GO FEE 1.20I think 2 waffle for $12.00 is more than enough?????????
Went in for breakfast at a not busy restaurant. Kai was my server, and one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. Ordered an all star and a sweet tea. She never brought my sweet tea but still charged me for it. Didn’t get butter for my waffle. I would have asked for both of those things but she never once checked on me. I sat at the bar next to the register so it would have been real easy to at least ask how is my food. Won’t be going back to this location ever again. If you can’t serve, please find something else to do that you might be ok at. Worst server ever

We love ourselves some Waffle House! This particular experience wasn't phenomenal. Once we were seated, it probably took about 15 minutes to receive our water. The people at the booth next to us actually got up and left. Overall, the service was pretty slow. The food itself was fine. It kept arriving as different items finished cooking. We were actually OK with that! Our waffle came out first, then the main dishes and the sides. Our waitress wasn't super friendly, but wasn't rude either.When we sat down, the table was a little wet from being wiped down, and under the table was fairly unclean. TBH, we'd still return because the food is consistent. However, if we don't have the time to kill, we would probably go elsewhere.

We were travelers. Looking for a good place to dine. We decided upon Waffle House, which upon first thought may not be the “best” place. However. It was the best place. It was the most amazing place.We were greeted when we came in by Ms. Felicia. Her friendliness is unmatched. Her kindness and grace, unrivaled. Even though she had worked over 40 hours in 3 days. I knew she was tired, but she didn’t let that slow her down.She suggested food for us to enjoy and even offered whipped cream for my kids waffles (which they enjoyed greatly)! She even tried to get me to buy into a pumpkin spice waffle. Sorry, but I just can’t. Gotta have the original! Haha.Once we ordered, Mr. Terry got to work cooking and plating our food. I’ve eaten at a lot of Waffle Houses over the years, and never been given the type of dishes he created. They were delicious, hot and expertly prepared.The atmosphere that Ms Felicia created only added to our enjoyment. The jukebox was playing, she was singing, we were singing.. we laughed a lot during that meal.I started by saying we were traveling. We’ll be back that way soon. And you can bet that we’ll stop back by that Waffle House and see Ms. Felicia and Mr. Terry once again. Waffle House should be honored to have them working there, and count themselves lucky to have such competent, dedicated employees who make their guests experiences so memorable. Whatever they’re paying them, it’s not enough. Nowhere near. We’ll remember this visit for years to come.

Went in to this waffle house at 1 o'clock in the morning. There was 1 person running the show. He put his best effort into my meal. Ordered eggs, Sunnyside up, and they were nice and shiny on the top like they should be. I was talking with another customer about the good job he was doing. He said he had 2 children and was doing what he had to do to support them. Remember that the next time you go into a waffle house. They are paid very little, so please tip them well.
