HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. The manager was very rude. My chicken tenders were GREASY and BURNT. We tried to return the food, the cooks, cashier & manager were all laughing for whatever reason. I spent $40 at this place and was a frequent customer, bet you I won’t spend another penny at this place!
Hubby got excited to see a Wayback burgers right by our room we were at for vacation. Mike the manager was extremely rude!! Food was horrible, ordered a “new fancy” milkshake and we got a strawberry milkshake. Paid $7 for the better milkshake and got a regular old fashioned milkshake. Cheesesteak is only available online and Mike got super rude when I was ordering it bc I didn’t know bc we aren’t from here and don’t have a Wayback where we live… then we were waiting...read full review
Food was good. We sat inside and while eating we heard the guy behind the counter welcoming everyone. Casually chatting with them, making them feel they appreciated!
Great customer service. Very rare these days!! WAY TO GO!!!!!
