Stood in line for 15 minutes to get waited on and a gentleman walked in behind me and got waited on looked right past me while I was standing at the counter the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen with the nastiest attitudes

I went in to place an order and the employee looked at me being a different race did not wanna bother with me. Did not wanna take my order did not want to speak to me. We got in our car and drove down the road to McDonald’s and eat.

I don't normally post reviews but this is my 4th time coming to this location and it'll be my last. They are always understaffed during a peak time. I waited inside for 30 mins and left never even took my order. I have waited 4 30+ minutes for my order to be taken and to get my food. It is a shame since I work around the corner and would frequent this location more. It has come to the point that most of my employees opt to drive to N. Augusta for food.

My brother and I just left this location. They only had two ladies working during a lunch shift. There was so many people waiting inside and in the drive thru for there orders. The lady who was making the orders never slowed down. She never stopped making the orders. I don't know where the manager was but this lady needs a raise. She kept smiling thru everything. Great job ma'am. I wish I would have gotten her name..but thank you for the wonderful job..

Employees were RUDE.....FOOD WAS NOT FRESH. OUT OF FRENCH TOAST AND DIDN'T OFFER A SUBSTITUTE. TRUCK ARRIVED FOR DELIVERY. ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES IN THE BUILDING, ONE BEING A MANAGER. TRAINED IS NEEDED. FURST AND LAST TIME VISITING THAT LOCATION.

Let it be known they are never staffed, never have food in stock and you will most definitely ALWAYS be asked to pull forward for no reason! I don’t blame the employees, I blame the GM and management for completely neglecting this establishment and there’s no way this hasn’t been brought to anyone’s attention. I’ve driven through multiple times on the way to work and each time it has been consistently terrible.
