Will never go to any burger King again. Their whopper jrs are now the size of a cheese burger. So is a cheese burger now the size of a slider. The staff however was very friendly. That's about the only thing burger King has going for it

I had to pull up to wait on onion rings in a kids' meal. I was the only one in line. I asked for onion ring sauce ketchup and salt .When the bag was brought out, I looked it over, and the server was already gone, and the driver through had 4 more cars in line now, so I had to go in and ask for the condiments and a napkin ,they were not very friendly at all as if I were bothering them and were rolling their eyes I'm sorry my grand child wanted your onion rings this is a problem at the Bk in beech island Sc the server's are very rude and our order is usually cold, I can say that there's 2 you men that are very sweet. I would rather drive to North augusta or Aiken, which is a 30-minute ride to either one than have to go back to the one in beech island

So I have to say, New Year's day, when no one really wants to work, we were greeted with big smiles, and friendly staff. Of course the food is as expected, yum. But whoever owns this Burger King, know that your staff is friendly, polite and efficient.

twice have ordered the chicken wrap and the chicken tender was so hard I could not bite it. was not fit for my dog but she ate it.
Rudest staff ever. 11/27/2024 2:30pm the person taking my order yelled "HUHH?!" at me multiple times because she couldn't hear me order. I practically had to yell to order my one meal and the menu screen was broken at the drive thru so if you don't know what you want then you can't see the menu or prices. Paid for a whopper with cheese and because the drive thru person couldn't hear me and i couldn't see on the screen what she rang or (and she didn't give me a receipt) I got a whopper with only cheese. Literally nothing else on it, just meat and cheese. Why would I even order a whopper if I just wanted meat and cheese? It's way more expensive. Here i am 15 minutes away and I have to eat this overpriced meat and cheese burger like I paid $1 at a backyard BBQ to get. Absolutely ridiculous.

Speakers in the drive through still don't work even if they took the sign down. You pull up, they will ask you to wait at the screen, and then never say anything again. Get tired of waiting? See someone go through the other drive-thru and order? Well when you go to the window and ask if they aren't taking orders anymore some bald guy says, "We can't hear you the speaker is messed up" . You never told me to talk, just wait when I pulled up, but ok. So I turn to get back into line, he says sarcastically "Thank you, come again". Nope, absolutely not, fix that attitude. Went right over to McDonald's and got my food no issues. I've always had good things to say about this BK until now.
