This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. It's 10am and the drive thru operator says they're not open yet. And all the doors are locked. Several times I've come here the order was incorrect or I waited a substantial amount of time for relatively small orders. This location needs new management or revamping in my opinion. The employees were very respectful I can atleast say that but service is terrible.

In the middle of ordering my food at the drive-through window, I was told to hold on just a second. Did not mute his microphone and started cracking jokes. I tried to get his attention several times. After waiting for 13 minutes, another customer pulled in the drive-through beside me and got his order taken and Moved ahead of me. After getting his attention, I was asked to hold on for another moment. I pulled off. Not sure if this is the service that happens all the time, but I will not be returning to his Burger King.

If you visit this location, I'm sorry. Worst customer service & ALWAYS check your order, because no matter how small it is, it will probably be wrong. It's a shame that they can't fire everyone there & start over with people whom actually work. I'm adding as of 9-14-25, STILL the WORST Burger King EVER. GET BETTER HELP! These people can mess up one order of fries...jeez

I see the change and positive customer service at this location the store is way more cleaner, the new general manager is so polite and great she got that store getting back together I feel like the customers should try it back out cause the change is there.

Pretty much like any other Burger King. The place was clean and the staff was okay. Nothing exceptional, but it got the job done.

The food was very fast and the service was very friendly. I showed up at 10 minutes after 1:00 in the afternoon on a weekday, so it wasn't very busy. Overall a very good experience

Previously last week we had tried drive thru, waiting 15 min no response so we gave up.
This week we downloaded the app to place an order online
So we can get in and out
Order placed 30 minutes before we arrived, now we are told to wait
How much time is necessary ?
Do we have to place an order 2 hours ahead of time

This place should be shut down

Got there at 630 A.M. as usual the door is locked. Go through drive through. They give me a burnt biscuit. No rush and no customers. Service is getting horrible in the fastdood chain. If you dont have pride in your work,QUIT! I am going to go ask for my money back!!!!!
