Samki bacon Your employee threatened to shoot my son in front of customers. My son was a new hire and was meet with a rude Manager I will be seeking an Attorney to discuss this matter. He needs to be fired and held accountable for his actions and behavior he makes your place of business look bad!! And I will be filings a report with corporate about this incident I also called and made a complaint with the police department.

Love Burger King, been eating here for a long time. I love the Texas double whopper and this location has it. The location near me does not. I had not a issue here. Really good.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Drove through the drive-through ordered chicken so they told me to wait out front after 10 minutes. I go inside. Complain to the manager he says he’ll get my order after five minutes of them getting everyone else’s order. I asked for a refund after taking my card and going to the drive-through window to process the refund. He comes back and returns. My card does not process the refund. I have wasted 40 minutes And received no food and no credit back. I would say do better but I will not be coming back to this establishment.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. It's 10am and the drive thru operator says they're not open yet. And all the doors are locked. Several times I've come here the order was incorrect or I waited a substantial amount of time for relatively small orders. This location needs new management or revamping in my opinion. The employees were very respectful I can atleast say that but service is terrible.

In the middle of ordering my food at the drive-through window, I was told to hold on just a second. Did not mute his microphone and started cracking jokes. I tried to get his attention several times. After waiting for 13 minutes, another customer pulled in the drive-through beside me and got his order taken and Moved ahead of me. After getting his attention, I was asked to hold on for another moment. I pulled off. Not sure if this is the service that happens all the time, but I will not be returning to his Burger King.

If you visit this location, I'm sorry. Worst customer service & ALWAYS check your order, because no matter how small it is, it will probably be wrong. It's a shame that they can't fire everyone there & start over with people whom actually work. I'm adding as of 9-14-25, STILL the WORST Burger King EVER. GET BETTER HELP! These people can mess up one order of fries...jeez
