This is the best BBQ in the Augusta/south Carolina area. If you not familiar with BBQ that is prepared in the CSRA ( Central Savannah River Area) it is unique. Hash is a staple as is a vinegar based BBQ sauce. Treat yourself with pulled pork, hash on rice and collard greens. Then get extra to take home
We love our barbecue and really had a great meal today. Pulled pork was succulent and subtly smokey. Sides of green beans with back fat and mac and cheese were both outstanding. The gentleman running the takeout counter was very nice and engaging. Really enjoyed it!

The best barbeque, BBQ sauce, Mac & cheese, green beans , hash & rice in the CSRA. Love the large portions . Enough for two meals. I think I would love to have them cater for Juneteenth, July 4th, and labor day. Soul food!
