This store is absolutely nasty, the shift through 3-10 the crew trainers i seen is very unprofessional, the short manager she’s rude so is the other short manager with braids they treat people like they just someone bothering them it was this light skin girl and oversize girl that be bagging food up all i hear while waiting for food is them talking about the new crew members, If this is how you manage your employees and you accept this behavior then this is unacceptable y'all are not the president, Managers treat the employees differently then they treat the crew members and the restaurant is never clean, Rude to customers like its not their job. But this is my experience at this unprofessional restaurant .

I had a disappointing experience with this McDonald’s location regarding an order substitution. I initially ordered an Egg & Bacon Bagel, but was informed they did not have bagels available. I then asked specifically to substitute the order with two Steak & Egg Biscuits and one Sausage McMuffin, which matched the total amount I had already paid.
Instead, the staff decided on their own to give me only one Steak & Egg Biscuit and one Sausage McMuffin, which is clearly less food and less value than what I paid for. When I brought this up, the manager stated that what I received was “enough” and refused to adjust the order or provide an equivalent replacement, keeping over $3.00 of the amount paid.
The lack of bagels was not my responsibility as the customer, and I believe substitutions should reflect equal value, especially when the customer clearly communicates their request. Unfortunately, this situation was handled poorly, and customer satisfaction did not seem to be a priority.
I hope management reviews their substitution and customer service practices to avoid situations like this in the future.

If corporate McD’s knew how shitty the service at this McDonalds actually is, they would likely hire an entire new management team. Due to proximity & my friend’s absolute love for McD’s, I frequent this location. I have not once received my order as it was ordered. I have not once received any of the sauces or dips that were requested. They don’t seem to know what a napkin, even if you ask for one. They almost never have shakes I know none of them ever do, but that whole scenario is bogus. McD’s would not be complacent if they were aware of the number of alleged broken machines they have in “service”) They do seem to be able to use their cell phones far more efficiently than the registers. I personally don’t eat McD’s, even if someone else is buying, anymore due entirely to their lack of valid customer service at most stores.

This is the worst drive a few more miles to the next you'll probably get your food faster! Update! 2025 Dec 20. Still a disaster order a $9 sandwich to get a hard as a rock band then weighed 15 minutes to get a new sandwich. If you order fish fillets check your bun . I don't mind paying a little more for quality but we aren't getting it here. McDonald's this one at least Doesn't care about customers just their bottom line. So unless more people start speaking their opinions on this issue it will only get worse. Eating at home is getting more and more to be the only option. If I could give -10 I would and still it's not low enough. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

This is in general of just about every McDonald’s these days, but today really did it to get me to say something. As a child of the 80’s and 90’s raised in peak McDonald’s popularity, how has your food quality plummeted yet the service is slowed to a crawl? I don’t mind the kiosks but you’d think it’d add some efficiency to the process. I always get my food faster at most restaurants than what should be fast food here!

Definitely so many bad reviews do not lie, it is disgusting and disgusting, you do not see cleanliness anywhere, workers have no idea or feel the same as customers, disgust... the kitchen concept is covered or hidden so that customers can not detail what is being done with their food, the portions are all missing and of different sizes than ordered, as if these workers need to have surplus food during their workday, to justify something, I do not know what the manager of this place or the area does... certainly does not do his job and does not care either... very disappointing...
