milkshake machine is hit or miss 50/50 chance of it not working a short Google search will tell you that the company that makes the machines for the milkshakes has a loan out with the same company that McDonald's has a loan out with and their milkshake machines are patented were only their servicemen can fix

Terrible service. Food is really greasy to the point it makes my mouth feel numb, they hardly ever get my order right. idk how it's even still open. Update: still really greasy especially the fries and much more salty then last time, found a hair on the burger which was definitely not mine since I don't even have that hair type. Do not recommend, the burger king close by is more better and seems to be improving while this McDonald's seems to be steadily on a decline

Went to the drive thru to place an order and no one would take my order. Same at the window- no one was there. The hours on Google says they were confirmed by the business recently, and they should've been open. That's the 2nd time this has happened.

Odd experience.This is the last stop for a quick bite east of Augusta.This is one of those "self checkout" locations built into a gas station.If you're familiar with the "order for yourself" interface then I guess it's ok. I got stuck and had to ask for help and my friend unknowingly ordered the wrong kind of sandwich. Not terrible, but they could have done better.They yell out your order number like a Waffle House waitress yells your order to the cook. It's kinda harsh. It's not her fault, but it's not pleasant.My friend offered without me asking, "this chicken tastes like straw".But the fries were good.

First of all, you pull up to the drive-thru and you wait 510. Sometimes even longer minutes before they even take your orkeep. A pull away and go to Burger King or somewhere else. Mind you, there's maybe one other car and the entire drive through lane. I was a manager for 25 years from McDonald's. And never saw this happen the orders half of the time. Are never taken right and a lot of time. You don't get all the food.

I haven’t been in a McDonalds in over 10 years but was on a road trip from Atlanta to Charleston and wasn’t driving so didn’t get to choose. Ordered a double cheeseburger and medium vanilla shake. After a long wait got a single cheeseburger and a small vanilla shake. Wasn’t worth waiting any longer to get it right so saved myself a few calories and went with what they gave me. Maybe I’ll try a McDonalds again in another 10 years.
