Terrible customer service. Went inside, ordered 2 coffees and 1 muffins and 1 roll. Took 30 minutes. They made us wait until they serviced every car in the drive thru. Cars that pulled on the lot 15 minutes after we did got theirs and left 10 minutes before we were serviced. At one point the 4 people working almost came to a stop as they engaged in nonsense chatter. Cinnamon Roll was hard as a rock. Took one bite and thru it out. Coffee was good. Cute place, but they need to get their act together. If you go, use the drive thru. They will prioritize you over walk in customers. Will not stop again. Sorry for the bad review. Our family found this gem while on a long road trip. We needed coffee and a play for our babies to stretch- Brew and Bake was perfect! A cozy area to nurse, toys for the toddler, and tasty treats for everyone. Planning to visit again on the way back home.

This little shop was a God-send during our vacation travels. We stumbled upon it quite by accident when one of my daughters had a bathroom emergency. What started as a desperate public bathroom stop after an exhausting vacation trip turned into an hour long rest that I couldn’t have better planned. From the sparkling clean bathrooms to the kids play area to the yogurt parfaits that my girls inhaled to the compassionate customer service to the home town comfort vibes and Christian radio playing… I highly recommend this small business. As a small business owner myself, they hit all the marks. This community is fortunate to have them!
LISTEN!!! This place is the most cozy place in Marlboro. Even if you don't drink coffee. They have something here for everyone. We tried a little bit of everything and loved every bit of it!!!

This is such a neat place! Very welcoming, definitely a new favorite spot. The ladies I met were friendly and helpful, especially when I couldn’t make up my mind. I ended up getting an iced coffee, which was absolutely delicious.
We also got a couple of muffins and a croissant, all of which were fresh and full of flavor. (I didn't get a picture because we ate them before I thought about it.)
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. It's a kid-friendly space, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
If you're looking for a spot with great coffee, tasty baked goods, and kind people behind the counter, Brew and Bake is it.

We love all the frozen drinks with Boba, the frappes, and the frozen hot chocolate! Everything is delicious though, brownies, cookies, croissants. The owner and her employees are all helpful with recommendations and so nice!!
