Got pulled up at the drive-through window to wait on my order. Been sitting here exactly 21 minutes now waiting on a frappe and still haven’t heard from anybody or gotten my frappe.
Food was cold and service was slow. Eployees seemed like it was a bother to help customers.
Without customers, you don't have the sufficient income to keep the restaurant open.
There are plenty of people who want to work, why not hire those folks with the desire to be helpful to what few customers you have??!!
