Well, it wasn't my first visit and this visit was great! The reason why: the order was cooked very good; the fingers were hot and tasted great; but what really surprised me was how well cooked amd crispy the french fries were! The meal reminded me of how well the food/meals were well cooked - late 90s, early 2000s - during my introduction and earlier visits to Zaxby's restaurants.The tea wasn't sweet, even though it was labeled as sweet tea. For a location just off the highway, the wait was long. The food was freshly cooked and tasty but my order wasn't t right. After a 15 min wait I wasn't about to have it remade.

Good food and service. The two employees at the window seemed a bit confused about their roles. One asked me what I ordered and when I repeated it she says they didn't have it there. I was simply repeating what was on the billboard, as I am not a very frequent customer of Zaxby's. However she got the order correct. When I pulled into the parking lot before I left, a male employee came out and asked me if I was still waiting for food. I told I had my order.
