I went to Hardee’s near ten and asked for an order of hash rounds, and when I got home, they were burnt, some unchewable, and 30% of them were dry husks of all breadcrumb, no potato. If you want hashbrowns, literally anywhere else is better. Sorry-not-sorry, that’s just honesty.

The food will be hit or miss, sometimes it's great, other times almost inedible. Check your order before you leave, if using drive thru services. I Did not get a receipt and then still I had to go inside, for missing food, after being pulled ahead to wait. It was a very simple order, one combo, and 4 pack of cinnamon raisin biscuits. Customer service was okay. The employee wasn't rude to me, but also was not friendly about it. Of course, I maintained a polite, respectful and understanding attitude, as always. So this is an honest opinion, from MY experience this past Sunday (12/28/25)

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes , got out food everything was wrong and the fries were over halfway empty. When we asked for a refund because we didn’t wanna sit there for another 30 minutes the manager was rude as can be about it. Not to mention they were out of straws

Should have known this would not go well when we pulled into the parking lot and thought it was an abandoned restaurant from the debris all over. Only clue that it was in operation were the 3 employees outside the front entrance smoking. We go through the drive-thru, while placing our order the woman huffed when we changed our drink selection from orange juice to coffee. On to the window, we had to wait a brief moment for our $18.95 total order. The woman handed us our bag and 2 orange juices, guess she really didn’t want us to have that coffee we asked for. Excited about the sausage egg and cheese grilled cheese sandwiches and gravy biscuit, we got our food out. Disappointment continued when the sandwich was cold, like from the fridge cold, nothing “grilled” about it. Cheese wasn’t melted, egg was rubbery, and sausage looked questionable. The gravy for the gravy biscuit was more like a bland flour soup, watery and no flavor and that biscuit, was a golden brown rock with a chewy center, like a jaw breaker with a bubble gum core. Do not recommend. At least you can’t mess up pre-bottled orange juice.

Never had a problem here until today. Got a bag lunch meal and hotdog and double cheeseburger looked like leftovers from day before. Neither were warm and they left out my fries and cinnamon biscuit.Biscuit. Hotdog had sliced onions instead of chopped. Very disappointed in today's service.

This Hardee's location had a small staff of 3 dedicated workers, including the manager who was an excellent cook, who all had positive attitudes and magnificent customer service skills. They were very helpful with assuring our order was right and that the ordering process was successful to our liking. Me and wifey will definitely be stopping in checking for this crew before ordering at this location from here on out.

Came here for lunch today with my hubby and I have to say the lunch crew during this shift did their thing for real!! I didn’t get their names but the manager was a black lady and it was a young white guy and girl the whole crew made the experience very enjoyable to the point we decided to dine in which is very rare for us. If I stop by and catch that crew working again I’m definitely buying food. The way she cooked that grilled cheese double was perfect. ❤️ Thank y’all

One biscuit was so hard we could not eat it. We just ate the meat inside it. Two other sandwiches had the wrong meat in them, bacon only, instead of sausage like we ordered. They were out of large cups, so we requested an additional small cup to make up the difference. We were then charged extra.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though Hardee’s was out of a few of the items I wanted, the employee Brandon helped me went above and beyond to make sure I still had a good experience. He was kind, apologetic, and offered great alternatives without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who handles a situation like that with such genuine care and a sweet attitude. Excellent customer service — he truly made my visit better!
