I had the worst hamburger of my life at Hardee’s, hands down. The meat wasn’t cooked properly—it was mushy, like they barely fried it and then left it sitting in a metal container. The bun was stale and even though they had a toaster, it clearly wasn’t used. All they put on it was ketchup and mustard—no lettuce, tomato, pickles, nothing.
The fries were just as bad: cold, and clearly left sitting for a while. To make matters worse, the food station and kitchen area were dirty. Fries were all over the floor, and I should have trusted my instincts and walked out as soon as I saw it.
This was a very disappointing visit. Honestly, they need a food inspector to come through, because based on what I saw, they’d fail. That “Double Quarter Big Cheese” (or whatever it was called) was the nastiest burger I’ve ever had.

We go in to order food around 12pm and there’s a guy yelling and messing around with the people up front for like 5 minutes while we and two other people are waiting. That’s fine I guess, not necessarily their fault, but then we up to order and the three people up there just stare at us and then just talk amongst themselves. We wait for like 2 minutes and they just stand there doing nothing, so we leave and go through the drive -thru. It was slow getting our food but we at least got some service. The bread was hard though and they didn’t put any ketchup or mayo on my burger. Look, I know it’s fast food, but that’s no excuse for bad customer service

Terrible customer service! Extremely rude, lazy, and dismissive to and of customers. If you want to eat a restaurant whose staff would rather plat on their phone instead of giving you your food and then when you ask for it, they get rude with you cause you interrupted the phone time, if that's what you like then this is your place!! They are trained professionals in rudeness and dismissiveness towards customers. I'll never return to this store even if I was given free food for life!

The CEO has figured it out. Breakfast biscuits are what Hardee's is best at. They now serve breakfast til noon!
