As a Blacksburg native, who has had Chinese food in some of North America’s top chinatowns, including New York, San Francisco, and Toronto, Joy Wok’s Chinese food is on par with these destinations. Joy Wok is consistent and always provides an enjoyable meal when I come back home.

This small Chinese restaurant in Blacksburg has good food with fast preparation and generous portions. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was pretty hot inside. It would’ve been much better if the temperature was adjusted for a more comfortable dining experience. Overall, the food itself was tasty and worth if you order to go.

Food was fairly priced and tasted good. The wait was 30 minutes, which I thought was long but it was a large order and a Saturday night. The actual restaurant is outdated, would not eat in but will return for take-out in future.

We have been Joy Wok fans since our first try. The food is delicious, fresh, and is still piping hot after traveling back to Gaffnrey. It is by far better than any of the other Chinese restaurants in Gaffney, and other towns. We are weekly customers and all the dishes we've gotten are so very good. Glad our friend Kat told us about it.

The service is great it’s always either 10 to 20 minutes. The atmosphere is great there is paintings that are really cool. And the food is top notch Chinese so good and flavory if you’ve never had it try it I bet you will give 5 stars to
I ordered take out..... The mixed vegetables ...... Sooooo good and when I got home about 15 minutes later...... The vegetable s were still hot! Will come back for more vegetables! Thank you!
