This small Chinese restaurant in Blacksburg has good food with fast preparation and generous portions. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was pretty hot inside. It would’ve been much better if the temperature was adjusted for a more comfortable dining experience. Overall, the food itself was tasty and worth if you order to go.

Food was fairly priced and tasted good. The wait was 30 minutes, which I thought was long but it was a large order and a Saturday night. The actual restaurant is outdated, would not eat in but will return for take-out in future.

We have been Joy Wok fans since our first try. The food is delicious, fresh, and is still piping hot after traveling back to Gaffnrey. It is by far better than any of the other Chinese restaurants in Gaffney, and other towns. We are weekly customers and all the dishes we've gotten are so very good. Glad our friend Kat told us about it.

The service is great it’s always either 10 to 20 minutes. The atmosphere is great there is paintings that are really cool. And the food is top notch Chinese so good and flavory if you’ve never had it try it I bet you will give 5 stars to
I ordered take out..... The mixed vegetables ...... Sooooo good and when I got home about 15 minutes later...... The vegetable s were still hot! Will come back for more vegetables! Thank you!

A true gem! Between the service, quality, and prices you will not find a better Chinese spot close to Joy Wok. I highly recommend the General Tso's Chicken.

..my order was not authentic at all which was very surprising since it a classic ala carte take out. And to make it worse, it was cold nd I was told it would take 15mins nd I was spot on time 2get it since I only step away to the parking lot nd sat in my car. They should be ashamed but probably not as history has shown with fast food Chinese venues of old. I won't cave in here again.

Ordered by phone. Someone in another review mentioned that the women always quotes "10 mins" for every phone order. They were right...she said, "10 mins"! 🤣 The entrance into the restaurant has 2 steps down to the main level. I dont see how someone in a wheelchair could make it down. The dining area isnt much but its offered. The lady working was super friendly. The food was decent. I say this a lot lately......Not the BEST, but far from the worst! Everything was hot and freshly made. The portion size wasnt the greatest, but what I got ended up being enough. Thank you for the quick service and fresh food. Im sure we'll be back again sometime when we're back in the area. 🚛
Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance has 2 steps to get to the main floor. Its not Wheelchair friendly.
