just stopped in at 5:15 to get a iced coffee had to wait. Nine minutes was the only car there the coffee was so nasty. I threw it out the window and for the last 15 minutes I’ve been trying to call the store which I’m continually getting a busy signal at 5:30 AM.

Excellent management, really knows how to manage young people. On my last visit, i witnessed the manager discipline an employee for being on the phone during a busy period. The manager was respectful, courteous, and understanding while still being firm with the employee. It was truly refreshing to witness such courtesy in an environment that typically thos isn't so.

They are a little slow sometimes but the food is usually fresh and it's pretty clean so that is a big plus.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to play.
everytime i come through the drive thru it is at least a 35-45 minute wait. decent food, but super slow!!! definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush.

One of the worst. No milkshakes 2 weeks jn a row now, drive through microphone wasn't working, never get sauce in your bag with nuggets, inside gets backed up with 10 people waiting at front to order, and drive through after microphone got fixed super slow.

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where they ran out of nearly every drink option due to their CO2 machine being down. The only drink available was orange juice. The staff seemed to be trying their best to manage, but the wait time for food was around 20 minutes. This location, at 1018 N Mountain St, Blacksburg, SC 29702, near the Flying J truck stop, definitely needs improvement.

I think they were under staff and had a new person up front. But they still was on point. Only disappointment was the soggy fries
Stopped here for a quick in and out food trip on the way to a visit. bathrooms were clean but staff was on their phone. People had been waiting up to 30 minutes for food and my pie came out cold after asking for a refund.

Made a mobile order. Got to the window just to have my mobile order read out to me line by line and displayed on the screen, which I don’t mind because it ensures accuracy. Well, apparently that didn’t help because my entire order was still wrong. I don’t understand how this restaurant has gone downhill so fast.
