We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald's over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald's in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru and got there first, the staff took the order from the car beside me instead. Not a big deal, but it was a little confusing.
Other than that, everything was fine the service was friendly, and my order was correct and fresh. Just a small hiccup in the ordering process, but overall still a good experience.

Excellent management, really knows how to manage young people. On my last visit, i witnessed the manager discipline an employee for being on the phone during a busy period. The manager was respectful, courteous, and understanding while still being firm with the employee. It was truly refreshing to witness such courtesy in an environment that typically thos isn't so.
