We sat at first drive thru 25mins and watched 2 cars pull up to drive thru #2gi e order and go thru. We finally left this is not the first time we have had a terrible experience with this McDonald’s. We left.

The worst MC Donalds experience ever, I haven't been to a Mc Doanlds in years since they started processing their foods in china and they introduced the self ordering screens. Tonight we stopped at the Loves TruckStop in Blacksburg, SC and went to Mc Donalds connected to Loves. We ordered the meals, there was not much going on, 5 people behind the counter Fastfood ? HAHA we waited 20 min for our food, when I got my 1/4 pounder and bit in it the meat was raw inside. I order burgers usually medium rare at a small family owned restaurant or diner, but not at a Fastfood restaurant with mystery meat. I returned it and got a new one after 5 minutes, my son had a Double and it looked ok at first but when he got to eh middle it was also raw. the staff was NOT friendly at all, none of thenm eve tried to be friendly. The eating area lookes pretty clean though. I thought I give MC Donalds another try but the quality really went downhill since I had Mc Donalds the last time probably 6 or 7 years ago. I might be a little spoiled from the MC Donalds Quality in Germany that's a completly different ballgame in Germany, like it's a completly different company, the quality, the variaty and the service is much better than here in the USA.

I will never purchase from this McDonald’s again I placed an order through their app. Only have them cancel my order and tell me that it never came through. When in fact, the real problem was, they had already shut the grill off and couldn’t make my burger. Then when I got the fries, they tasted like they had been cooked twice. What I mean is they were old fries that were reheated. They were disgusting. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Avoid this place at all cost. It is by far the absolute slowest McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. And the sad part is is that the truck drivers go in and order and then wait 15 to 20 minutes with their trucks either blocking the fuel pumps or in front of the fuel pumps preventing trucks from leaving. Someone from Chick-fil-A needs to come teach these people how to operate fast food.
General manager is very rude to customers and employees i think her names Hailey and then also they let there service guy I think his name was Craig clean the parking lot and tell me to move my car and I told him I was waiting for food and he started cussing me and threaten me and then pulled a knife on me so we really letting our employees do this McDonald's that's why I won't go back there

It clear as day says Honey Cup on the ticket, but I guess folks can't read anymore.

I work near this McDonald's, so the convenience forces me to go there when I don't bring my food.. BY FAR the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. They get my food wrong more often than not. And the wait is at least 15 minutes every time. They only serve one car at a time in the drive thru.
