They are too slow ., take 15-20 minutes for 1 order.. they teach a guy in a busy time i think need to teach someone when slow

I always get the chicken quesadilla cantina here, they’ve never failed me. Maybe some items are better than others and it’s a Taco Bell thing idk. The beautiful women that took my order looked very pretty today. I feel bad for just coming up and making my order without saying hello first

I asked for a simple chicken quesadilla and when it was handed to me, it visually looked like it was dropped, then put in the bag, because it wasn’t folded properly as cheese and a couple pieces of chicken were on the outer edges and they didn’t even bother to cut the quesadilla. At all. They just slapped it together and called it a day. Such a disappointment.

Couldn't place an order of the Supreme deluxe box bc cannot swap chicken chalupa with beef chalupa there's was n Xtra fee of almost $2 to make the change when jn other taco bells they can swap it or even with the machines it gives u the option to swap or make any changes. Store rather not sale anything in the end this is sad n I really love taco bell I'm disappointed 😞

I've noticed ever since this store has opened, orders are made very inconsistently. You can order the same thing every time, and get something different each time. Such as pictured, the luxe box, got a dormitory taco, a 5 layer, and a double decker taco, with a chalupa outer shell and ranch in the middle. Definetly not what is supposed to be in the box.

I got exactly what I ordered, and the service was great! The staff were very polite, the place was clean, and I didn't even have to wait too long for my order. Overall, one of my better experiences at Taco Bell.

The register guy with the ponytail kept walking away, leaving a long line of customers while the cook was doing everything, including the register. I have people coming up to me asking for money while I was eating. Management did not do a thing They had one person doing everything. It was really disappointing to watch everything.

The food was good but the service was really bad, they had the cook doing everything, runing back and forth while 2 ladies and a ponytail guy hanging in the back on his phone twirling his hair not helping. The ponytail guy kept walking away from the register leaving the cook alone. Me and my wife were really upset eating and watching management not caring at all. I see that this place has a long list of bad reviews. I would suggest getting a new manager that takes there job more serious and not put everything on one person.
