Food was good but overpriced for shrimps, I ordered general tou chicken and shrimp, but they asked if I want more chicken than shrimp so I said alright but then they started asking me how many shrimp I wanted. ONE shrimp cost $1.50 which for me is WAY too expensive for a small piece of shrimp. Overall service was good but I wouldn’t recommend really ordering here
Food was not good at all, worst of the worst. Callled and manager, didn’t seem to bother
Good food for a good price, decent portion sized as well. I got the Moo Goo Gai Pan, came with a lot of different vegetables and had a good tasting sauce that paired well with the rice.

I always enjoy my visits to this restaurant, the only issue I have is that the proteins tend to be on the saltier side.

I moved to Bluffton a few months ago from Savannah and have been searching for good fried rice. Well today I finally found it! The Singapore noodles are delicious as well!

This was our second visit to AKOMEYA. This trip we brought friends with us. As with our initial trip, the area is OK; but, not where you would expect to find a nice restaurant.
The exterior is a pleasant surprise; and, the interior is quite lovely. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. For us, it was the second time the food was excellent. I'm the only one that had Sushi - one of the Sushi Entree options. It was excellent and well priced. My only issue is that the Sushi Entree menu is too short.
Wheelchair accessibility: Gentle slope on ramp and large front doors; tables are spaced with generous room.

Never again. Old food and mostly previously frozen. Seemed like yesterday’s left overs

Went there today for a lunch date with my hubby. First time ever but I went based off of all the awesome reviews. But let me tell you something, the reviews don't do this place justice. Our server Kay was the only server and still did an amazing job. The food was phenomenal. My husband started with the house made pork egg rolls and with the first bite he sunk into to booth. They are the most flavorful egg rolls I've ever tasted in my life. For his main he had Yang Zhou Fried Rice. It was a big bowl piled high and sssooooo good. I started with Crab Rangoon. Really good but slightly over fried. I had a Philadelphia roll and a TNT roll. Both were amazing but OMG that TNT roll. That's by far the best sushi I have ever tasted. And my new favorite.
The only thing I could think to complain about is that my cup ran empty, but again Kay was the only server so it's not a big deal.
