The worst service in the world. Server couldn't remember who ordered what. Neither beverages nor entrees were delivered to everyone at the table within a reasonable time or as ordered. Some people were finished while others hadn't even been served. Someone came out and actually told her she had left entrees in the kitchen. Hot entrees were served cold, preparation was extremely poor and flavorless. Food was inedible. Seating around Teppan table even though they don't even offer that type of food. This restaurant started out fine years ago, but is now a complete disaster in every way.

I've been supporting the restaurant since their opening several years ago. Highlights and lowlights over the years, but I ordered takeout 11/21/25 and today, reheated an eggroll and found a long hair wrapped inside.
As an F&B professional, I can take a lot. Hair in my food is inexcusable.
Sorry, AKOMEYA. I tried.
In person service has been great. Sushi bar staff seem skilled and passionate.

We just moved here from NY and the one thing I’ve missed the last 2 months is Chinese food and Sushi. We came here twice before writing this review. The sushi was amazing!! It was fresh and they made it as I requested with soy paper and subbed an item I didn’t like. The second time we went was this waving and I thought I would try an actual dish. I ordered Happy Family with fried rice. The portion is huge and honestly the beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies were cooked to perfection. our server this evening was Carol and she was polite, professional and took my special request for my dinner without issue. Here are the negatives, all though I have negatives it’s still 5 stars because the quality of the food was fresh. I personally felt that all though the happy Family I ordered was freshly made and cooked perfectly it lacked flavor of any kind. I did over look this and added some hot chili sauce. I know food is about the flavor but it’s also about quality and freshness and it had two of the three. I also felt the restaurant was a bit dated and the lights were extremely bright for dinner service. I felt as if I was on Broadway. Again that didn’t take away from my 5 star rating because I really did enjoy both meals. Next time I will ask for fresh garlic and fresh ginger to be added to give it a bit more flavor. All and all it was great and I recommend you give it a try. The portions are large and priced very well.

Picked up a couple of things to bring home. The hot and sour soup was delicious. General Tao’s chicken was good. The vegetables with chicken was just ok. Not a lot of flavor. It is some of the best Chinese food we have had here but definitely has room for improvement. Will go back.

We ordered Happy Family and house fried rice and egg rolls. In our main entry the chicken and beef were mushy and soft with no flavor at all. You couldn’t tell the difference between the chicken and beef. They both tasted like nothing. Just soft and mushy. I read that they use baking soda on their meat to make it tender. Any way it was gross. The house fried rice which is supposed to be beef chicken and shrimp. There was barely any meat in our rice. So we paid $14.00 for rice. There wasn’t $2.00 worth of meat in it. The egg rolls were decent. The service was great. Our bill was $59.00 and it wasn’t worth it at all. We won’t go back. Big huge rip off!

We ordered Happy Family and a Thai Badil Shrimp. Both dishes had plentiful and large shrimp with excellent flavors. Absolutely will go back, as prices were reasonable.
