Definitely not great. I've been to several of these auntie Anne's, this one ranks pretty low. Maybe the workers are cutting corners on the food prep.

I've never seen an outdoor auntie anne's, but everything was so fresh and good! We got the plain and cinnamon sugar nuggets and they were delicious. The blue lemonade is always a hit, but they must have added extra syrup or something because it was the best one i've ever had.

Parking: The walk is a bit far from this specific place, but there is plenty of it.

Wheelchair accessibility: The counter is a bit tall, but there is plenty of room for mobility.

Every time we visit, they never have items on the menu and/or the items they have have been sitting forever and not fresh. They need to revamp their menu or revamp management.

Overall the experience was good. We all enjoy Auntie Anne’s, and it was the highlight of our day trip to the beach. The employees were polite and the food was good. However we did not appreciate the company asking customers to tip. We do not feel the need to do so.

They were out of most things and then you are prompted to tip

cashier who seemed like the manager was incredibly rude and standoffish. terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Enjoyed a large lemonade and yummy prezel bites. On a hot summer day those 2 things can change your outlook on life, if only for a few minutes at least. It is really convenient to have direct patio service, even with the a/c i feel packed in at a few other locations with an inside lobby.

Call before you go! It’s 5:15 on Saturday and hours on their window say they are open until 9:00 and google says 7:00 but we got there and they were completely closed with NO sign. Everything was already cleaned up and put away so we could tell they were closed. This business needs to put a sign up or change their online hours.

I love the pretzels but for some reason the place closed early today and the employee was super rude about it. Many other people trying to order were so confused.

I hate to give 2 stars bc the cashier was so kind & friendly, and I usually love Auntie Anne’s pretzels. We spent $47 (!!!!) dollars on pretzels & drinks for 4 people, and most of the food was not good. They were out of mini-dogs, so we got 2 pretzel dogs— the hotdogs were over cooked, and the pretzels tasted stale. The pretzel bites didn’t taste fresh— they were lukewarm & really dry. The pepperoni bites were the fave. A lot of money to spend for lackluster snacks.

The cashier at this moment was very RUDE!!!!!WE WERE STILL TRYING TO BUY MORE BUT HE WAS ALREADY TELLING US TO PAY. HE NEEDS TO GO OR ELSE THIS OUTLET IS GONNA LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMER.

I got some at the Denver airport Colorado and the servers were very nice and the pretzel bites were so good.

Store doesn't honor prices as advertised. We ordered a number 1 that said it came with sauce and drink the soda machine was broken so she was going to charge us $3 for a lemonade and charged an extra $1 for the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it and when we questioned her on our now $12 total she said she had to ring up everything separately the price was what it was and she was not going to argue with us either we wanted it or we didn't so sadly I will not be frequenting this place again customer service is apparently a thing of the past so sad
