Parked my car to go up to the window, mind you there was a person in line so I know they were opened. Literally took me not even 2 minutes and lights are off, workers inside, and "closed" at 5:00pm?! States they're open till 7pm! So why isn't there a sign at least? Why can't the employees be kind enough to inform customers who walk up? Understand everywhere is short staff...that's not my complaint. Think a sign of some sort with correct hours would be nice and posted online as well instead of wasting peoples time. All this technology accessible and businesses don't take advantage too keep customers updated.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went for an after school shopping trip and children wanted pretzels. Went at 5pm and they were closed-when they were supposed to be open till 7pm. Such a disappointment-thankfully Kilwin’s was open and we were able to get something yummy to eat there.

I work in the Outlet a few store overs. I have ordered thru the app several times because it's convenient for me to order, walk over to pick it up, then walk back to my store. The past 2 times, I have shown up only to be told "sorry, we didn't realize. It's going to be 10-20 min. Can you wait?" This last visit (today) was no exception. Of the 3 employees working, they all laughed, one even backed away from the counter. After walking back to my store, I called and asked to have a refund. The answer to that response?: "sorry, we can't do that." TOTALLY unacceptable and will not be ordering from that location again.

Setup is fine establishment is clean and food looked fresh but the 1 thing I loved about them is not served at the location. No raisin pretzels how could something so cheap not be available.
Definitely not the best Auntie Anne's I've ever been to almost noon and hardly any pretzels ready. The plain salt pretzel was probably the smallest I've ever see, it is embarrassing that they even served it.

Horrible service. Walked no acknowledged me. Girl came out of the back. Still no response! I ask her if they had any cinnamon pretzels. She looked at and pointed and empty display case and yeah right there. She turned around and went to the back. There are 4 other customers standing inside with no one at the counter. I guess the owner does not need the business.
