Very disappointed with Baleadas Express. We ordered through DoorDash and what they sent us was completely unacceptable. The pupusas were burnt, the meat in the bandeja paisa was hard and overcooked, and the chicharrones were so tough I couldn’t even bite into them. I was really upset and called the restaurant, but they didn’t do anything to fix the situation. Terrible customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again and definitely do not recommend it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great customer service, the restaurant looks ok it could use a little hand is looking the same way since they first opened many yrs ago and tables are very scratched already. The food is great we had carne azada and it was delicious and very abundant loved that, also ordered an arroz con camarones to go but the rice flavor was ok nothing special you could only taste the salty flavor of soy but nothing else and the rice was overcooked , the shrimp did taste good tho but wouldn’t ordered it again I thought it was more of the honduran Chinese rice version but not at all. I also tried their pollo con tajadas and is really good definitely try it if you’re looking for a honduran typical dish you won’t regret!

I ordered a fried chicken…(Pollo frito con tajadas) I asked If there was chicken breast? the girl said give me a minute to confirm. I clearly heard yes, we have some. This is what I got, an over cooked leg quarter (fried earlier probably) I am from Honduras and know how to cook. I really feel offended, we have a small business too. You need to learn how to handle business loss, instead to serve it to who chooses to make business with you

I don't know in which parts of Latin America the horchata water has a burnt flavor, I ordered 2 that were expensive enough to request the exchange of these for two Cocacolas and the not at all helpful lady who serves told me why I should change it if that's how they They sell horchata with a burnt flavor, what kind of people do the owners of these restaurants hire?
