We used to come to Buffalo’s on a somewhat regular basis prior to their renovation. This was our first time since then. The menu has totally changed, the food was bland and flavorless… The waitstaff was not attentive at all. Definitely not worth the money or the time. Thankfully the setting is still beautiful otherwise this would be a 1 Star.

Do not recommend at all. Bad service, bad food, very contrary to what you’d expect for where it is. Food was flavorless, they were out of most things on the menu, the server answered questions incorrectly, served the wrong meals, didn’t have any sauces, one water refill during a hour visit after waiting 15 minutes to even put in a drink order, truly terrible. Will not go back.

Overall Thoughts: At a group meeting on the Plantation and decided to try this place out. First, the surroundings are fantastic! Overall, I’d give this location 4.7 stars. The people there were super friendly. The burger I had was really good! You could actually taste the cooking method. The burger comes with a mayonnaise based aioli which was pretty good. The fries were the shoestring type fries!

Because we weren’t members, the service was slow and our waiter was not attentive, he also messed up our order.
Parking: They were setting up a huge wedding reception tent in the surrounding area which led to limited parking.

Possibly the worst service ever at a restaurant they tried to seat 8 of us at a round table for 5 normally. When we asked if a few of the 4 person tables could be pulled together since there were about 15 empty they reluctantly did. They then switched our server 4 times. Took 2.5 hrs from when we ordered to get food. Only refilled drinks 1 time and then never came to get our credit cards the staff was all sitting talking so after 15 min we just left cash and left.Additionally the portions were fairly small and the staff treats the members on the property and guests to the property very different. This was also disappointing because our wife’s had a good lunch experience while we were at golf. Not sure why it went like it did but was evident the staff wanted to prove a point they would make our nights service as terrible as possible for asking to sit at a more comfortable table when half the restaurant was empty.

Came to lunch with 6 girlfriends. Most had large salads. Served in a large bowl with very little in it. Lacked in flavor. Two asked if there was even any dressing on them. When asking for some bread to go with it, we were told no bread is served with lunches. This is something management needs to rethink. I am sure this isn't the first time this has come up. Even those that ordered soup agreed that bread or crackers would be nice.Our server was fantastic, but not much could be done. He was definitely a 5 star. He would be very helpful elsewhere. We won't be back.
