OWNER KIETH CLARK, messed up my order, did not give sauces with 30 piece nuggets and 2 chicken sandwiches ordered 4 shakes got 3 straws. Called to ask what happened they offered not even an apology. Poor customer service. Definitely went down hill from when they opened and when they cared about there customers. Never returning!

Joined the drive thru for my mobile order at 10:31 - they cant make hashbrowns and a piece of chicken?! No biscuit no sandwich - just ridiculous that when someone has a mobile order in and it cannot be made when we get there like every other place. Then we have to call for our refund?! You cannot just process one in the store?!! No, of course not. They LOVE to tell you they cannot do something for you!

They gave me the incorrect items and I had to go inside to get my correct things. Which at the end I had to still pay when they clear made a mistake. Always ask for the receipt they are charging you for extra items and not given the correct things.

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Slow even at odd hours. Rude staff.
I’m visiting from out of town and stopped into chik fil a to have lunch. I have a service animal and felt super uncomfortable being approached by 3 yes 3 different employees telling me I could not have my service animal inside. I stopped and asked at the drive thru where their outdoor seating was and was told by employee that they did not have outdoor seating which is where I would have chosen to sit but they did not offer it. I have showed my verification twice n still get approached by a 3rd employee. This was the first time I encountered rudeness and unfriendly atmosphere. I will never dine here again n will share how I was treated with all I know.

I understand in the morning it’s super super busy, but I felt so bad for the people that actually were working. They only had one line going outside in the morning going through the speaker. So I went inside and there’s obviously a big line so I waited patiently, and there was only one young man at the register and he was very nice. I was confused why I didn’t see more people working inside because it’s always so busy and I always feel like there’s a lot of people there. Well, I was waiting for my food to go. I went to the bathroom and heard people watching videos in the stall next to me for a while. I walked out, sat at a table, waiting for my food after 30 minutes two of the female cooks Came out of the women’s bathroom and I realized they had both in the stall together just chilling there while everyone was Struggling. I’m not the type of person to review, but this actually made me so angry and I thought it was so inconsiderate. It was two middle age Hispanic women that work there. And whatever yeah they were in the bathroom, but it was for a really long time and when they saw the amount of people in the restaurant waiting and only one person at the register, they started laughing
