Worlds worst Chick-fil-A - attitudes from every manager. A staff member took 8 mins to check HERSELF out breakfast from behind the counter making everyone in line miss breakfast. The manager rolled her eyes. Consistently bad.

The wait was about 40 minutes for our meals and the inside dining area was disgusting. Our salads were brown and wilted and probably the worst salad we’ve ever had from CFA. The parking lot was terrible to get out, but the employee who took our order was very sweet and kind.

It’s honestly just not a well run Chick-fil-a. The staffing is always lacking. There’s never that one super staffer you see at all CFAs there to help everyone and get stuff done. The food is usually subpar and the wait is FOREVER. Just terribly run franchise. They need some help from corporate.

As always, the drive thru line flows better than any other fast food restaurant, and the chicken sandwiches were hot, juicy, and very flavorful. I love Chick-fil-A 💕
By far the slowest and most poorly run CFA I’ve experienced….. food took 20 minutes to come out and many people were complaining and the staff didn’t seem to care

Got here as breakfast was ending and lunch was starting. I ordered lunch they said I would have to wait. Which was fine. But I got my food it was not hot. So ihat was disappointing. I love chic fjl q.

Been going there for over 13 years, things have steadily declined over the past couple of years especially in filling drive-thru orders completely and correctly. Missing sauces, toppings and dressing have now become the norm; it is a pleasant surprise when everything is correct. I can understand portion sizes getting smaller because of high prices of food, but it is a sad day when a salad is only halfway filled with a half amount of chicken that used to be. It’s just overall sloppy. It used to be so dependable. Plus the student workers are not as “Chick-fil-A polite” as they used to be. I know these are trivial gripes, but it just saddens me our favorite Chick-fil-A has gone downhill so much.
