I’m visiting from out of town and stopped into chik fil a to have lunch. I have a service animal and felt super uncomfortable being approached by 3 yes 3 different employees telling me I could not have my service animal inside. I stopped and asked at the drive thru where their outdoor seating was and was told by employee that they did not have outdoor seating which is where I would have chosen to sit but they did not offer it. I have showed my verification twice n still get approached by a 3rd employee. This was the first time I encountered rudeness and unfriendly atmosphere. I will never dine here again n will share how I was treated with all I know.

I understand in the morning it’s super super busy, but I felt so bad for the people that actually were working. They only had one line going outside in the morning going through the speaker. So I went inside and there’s obviously a big line so I waited patiently, and there was only one young man at the register and he was very nice. I was confused why I didn’t see more people working inside because it’s always so busy and I always feel like there’s a lot of people there. Well, I was waiting for my food to go. I went to the bathroom and heard people watching videos in the stall next to me for a while. I walked out, sat at a table, waiting for my food after 30 minutes two of the female cooks Came out of the women’s bathroom and I realized they had both in the stall together just chilling there while everyone was Struggling. I’m not the type of person to review, but this actually made me so angry and I thought it was so inconsiderate. It was two middle age Hispanic women that work there. And whatever yeah they were in the bathroom, but it was for a really long time and when they saw the amount of people in the restaurant waiting and only one person at the register, they started laughing

The drive through line was almost into Lowes parking lot. They oy had q lane open and had the 1 employee taking orders and charging. Chickfila is known for having the best drive through system. I was a bit disappointed when I saw they've been slacking. Felt bad for the employee not having any help either. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them. I don't usually go to this chick fila. Everything is else was good as usual.

Without doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We sat in line and could not back out due to the line of traffic for approximately an hour. Not sure what was going on with the person taking orders, but they need to find a new career.Also, some of the attitudes needed adjusted.
Got over half of my large fry full of the ends and the drive through was super slow. Food was fresh and the place was clean though.

Although it was very busy. It was fast and convenient. I ordered in the app while in line, which made it easy to go though the line. But I thought with the long line, it was going to be crazy, it was not.
