All of these kids are always fooling around and don’t get our orders right, Never! Instead, they treat you with such a bad attitude and disrespect. Management just have gotten from bad to worse.The true Chick Fil A experience have deteriorated over the years that not even a “My Pleasure” any more, from customer service to food quality.Us locals, unfortunately we don’t have another location to choose from.

We went at lunch time and originally got on the very long line for the drive through. We decided to get off the line and park our car and walk in. WOW! No one was waiting on line inside to order! We placed our order and dined inside where there were plenty of open tables. The food was served quickly. Our grilled nuggets and fries were very good, but more importantly... they were HOT! Loved it!

We visit this Chick Fil-A often as we live in town. It’s always top notch and never had an issue. Tonight when we got home with our dinner 2 sandwiches and chicken strips, fries and soup…..All of us were so disappointed with the chicken. My sandwich was so thick and just slightly held together three pieces of chicken. Hard to eat and the texture was off on all of our chicken. Hoping it was a 1 time thing. My fries had 6 fries in the box. We will go back and hopefully they’ll be back to perfection that we’re used to

It is the same as all of the other hundreds of other large chained food retailers in an approximately 300 miles from my home and I was visiting a another place and I drove through the drive through, ok.So, I like to eat there every so offen as it tastes just like the other restaurants in their system but they are very efficient and the wait times afe mu h less than just about ever othdr fast food restaurants in the area and I like to eat at occasionally or whenever I am hungry for one of their chicken sandwiches and I drive I that area ti visit other people and placed. I have always had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The gentlemen at the drive through dark curly hair accused me of cutting someone in line. Gave me a bunch of attitude. This team member does not display Chick-fil-A service and values.
The staff was sweet, but this is the dirtiest Chik-fil-A I've ever been to. Trash was all over the floor, water all over the counter, and filthy bathroom. The first time, I thought it was a fluke, and they were busy, but nope, this seems to be their norm.
