Delicious and fun! The kids loved watching the nitro do it’s magic. Everything can be made in a variety of non-dairy options. Which is amazing! You don’t have to resort to crappy fruity sorbet while amazing dairy flavors sit in front of you. Order a small! It’s all you need. I got the coffee with brownie mixed in. Delightful!

Hit or miss on how frozen it is. When it’s too hard to eat and enjoy it’s not worth the $9 for an ice cream….they just can’t get it together over there. Be prepared. Don’t preorder and pickup, you may regret it. We’ve been very supportive of their small business and have ordered from them many times, but have been disappointed a lot of them. Haven’t been back in about a month or more and the ice cream is so frozen, we can’t eat it until it thaws. What a waste of $24. Also when you get it to go, some of your mix ins may be missing. We’ve dealt with that too. It’s too bad, it’s a great concept and it is good when it’s fresh and they get the order right. It’s not cheap, at least they could make it correctly.

Always a great experience here at Chill-N Ice! My kids love watching the nitrogen freeze the ice cream right infront of them! The staff is so friendly even when my kids take a minute to decide what they want (since there are so many topping selections)! The pricing is reasonable, the portions are very generous and the taste is amazing! 5 stars!

Just had dinner and….we all couldn’t finish ours. Way too full!!
Overall, go easy and go small at first.

We visited last night, August 8th. We enjoyed our dessert, but I don’t know when I’ve encountered a ruder staff. No smiles, only major attitude! Out of the four of us, one person’s order was very slow coming out. When my husband asked one of the girls, she turned around, picked up the empty cup to show it hadn’t been filled yet, and slammed it back down with an eye roll. I told her she won the friendly award for the day. Also, the bathroom was beyond disgusting! There was toilet paper all over the floor, it smelled awful, and there was poo all over the toilet seat! Absolutely would NEVER return!

Intrigued by the “Nitrogen” process and wanted to give it a try. I ordered Chocolate - simple enough. There may have been a trace of Chocolate flavor. Got it to go, took two small bites and tossed it in the trash on my way out the door. Disappointed by the price and lack of flavor.
