Management in this store is horrible. I have heard the way they speak to employees. One person is injured but doesn’t want them claiming workman’s comp. Reduced this persons hours to 13 hours a week then sent them home 2 hours early on nights they were busy. This person can work but manager is being spiteful all over the workman’s comp. Shameful we have people like this managing stores. This manager needs a restructure class. Sad part is no accommodation are being made for this injured worker who by the way is one of the managers. If the general manager will treat another manager like that, just imagine how he will treat the regular workers at that store

We ordered four bowls via online. The Guacamole was mostly brown, spoiled with a foul odor. Totally disgusting. Two orders were also missing ingredients. The rice was hard. All meals were tossed in the garbage. I tried to call the store directly but only reached their support center, which offered me four free bowls. Not exactly the best resolution as I preferred to have my money refunded so I can eat elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this particular restaurant in Bluffton, SC.UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, Chipotle responded and requested I visit their website to report the issue. I did just that but received a message stating unable to process the request. What's the point of complaining of they are not willing to receive the message?

I love Chipotle, but this location has gone down hill. Tables were dirty and there was no effort to clean them. It was raining, and they had 2 leaks with buckets catching the water. One was dripping out of a light fixture! And prices have really gone up. 2 burritos, chips and 2 sodas was $36.00

Very stingy with there portions. Gave me 1/4 of beans and 1/2 of rice . When I walked in only 1 person was nearby but not at the actual bar and 2 other people were elsewhere. When I’ve come in the past there’s a very young short hispanic girl who’s so amazing and so nice. She always greets with a smile and IS NOT STINGY WITH SERVINGS.

Please teach your people how to roll a burrito lol.This dude could not roll a burrito to save his life. A solid 5 of his team members stood around watching him struggle for a good five or so minutes and didn’t help.After failing to roll the burrito the first time, he got a second tortilla. I assumed he was simply going to add the tortilla to my burrito to finish rolling it (heck, I’d be happy even if you charged extra for the tortilla).Instead, he got an entirely new tortilla, and attempted to squeeze all of my burrito innards into the second tortilla - losing most of my queso, sour cream, and a fair bit of meat and rice in the process.He then proceeded to fail at rolling the second burrito just as badly as the first, before hurriedly wrapping it in tin foil as it fell apart.And again, this all happened while 6 customers and 5+ other chipotle team members watched him struggle.10/10 entertainment honestly, it was hilarious, but I’m a bit miffed that I still had to pay full price for like 2/3rds of my actual burrito.On an unrelated note, please make your chips later in the day as well, as every time I go in the evening the chips are stale.Overall the food is 9/10, atmosphere and service 10/10, entertainment 10/10, but please teach your people to roll burritos better.Best regards,Ty

The Chipotle chain is good overall but this location is starting to get a really bad rep. Their scanning and pay systems are usually not working and the location seems to be closed a lot more often these days. Something needs to happen so people don’t waste their time going to a location that should be open but is often closed.

The evening staff were really unpleasant on 12/19 and mentioned that they didn’t want to even be there and were going to call someone else to come in and close because they didn’t want to be there. I’m just trying to get food and they had bad attitudes, blatantly told a customer they didn’t want to be there, and seemed to purposely take forever because they were annoyed I was there.
Ordered to go and named one of the meals “birthday girl” for my daughter. They wrote a handwritten note to her and included a little bag of chips and queso. We were so grateful for the added touch!

We go to chipotle ever weak and tonight was just bad.My where oranges had moldy we could not even These were my oranges and you can see that they are moldy and I am not going to eat moldy orange just no I think they need new kids fruit or just take it if the menu .we ask for extra cheese and we didn't get extra cheese.we also we got 2 chocolate milks and they gave us 1. We order and kid tacos they gave us quesadilla. There no one eles there but there was 3 workers . also we ask for Pinto beans instead we got black beans.I love chipotle but not tonight. On regular times we get it. It was never this bad.
