We went out today when we heard they had a candied bacon Gouda burger on special. We’ve been looking for a good Gouda burger ever since we left PA in 2019. Finally found it! The burger was huge, cooked perfectly & the cheese, candied bacon & onion rings were the best combination! Definitely enjoyed my side of crinkle fries too. The owner was super friendly & helpful & not afraid to try new things on the menu while staying true to the bbq roots. We hope this burger makes it on the regular menu. We will definitely be back! Can’t wait to try some of the desserts too! 😁

The candied bacon Gouda burger was delicious! My mom & I loved the Gouda burgers back home & couldn’t find one down here for years. We were so happy to see it on special & went out to try it today. Don’t hesitate to try it! We really hope it makes it to the permanent menu, but either way we highly recommend this place! Show them some love & stop in! 😁

Very tasty bbq! I went after 1 and missed the lunch crowd so only a handful of people there. Potato salad was some of the best I’ve had. Brisket sandwich was also delicious!
