The breakfast is solid. If you need a quick meal, it’s great. The coffee though, is impressively subpar. The past two visits, my cappuccinos have left burns in my mouth. I’m not that picky, but I don’t want scalding coffee. I asked them to remake the first time. I didn’t have time the second time. Bummer because it’s a prime location

Corner perk is a very popular spot, it seems, when approaching the place. It was packed outside and packed inside where there weren't any instructions on where to start a line to order. This is definitely a place to grab and go and if finding a place at 930am in the morning, good luck. The food was pricey for the amount getting and there is an apple with each meal it seems. Overall, I would go back but for something quick ( FYI since packed will be waiting for some time...
