I will be amazed if they stay in business The fried pickles was so salty we sent them back and we’re not charged My hamburger was so dry that it was inedible and sent that back. The replacement was almost as bad. The meat was unseasoned and practically flavorless. A McDonald’s or Burger King hamburger would be far superior to what was offered The waitress was very nice. I left a generous tip, but we will never even think of returning to graft kitchen.

I'm visiting Hilton Head and I just wanted a good salad with good stuff in it. Well, the Kale Salad here was amazing and with much pleasure, it filled the empty spots for me just right. I would highly recommend this dish if you love salad!!!!

We stopped in yesterday to try this spot for the first time. We were told we’d have about a 15 minute wait and were told to sit off to the side. About 15 minutes later, an outside table opened up and we assumed we’d get seated shortly. 15 minutes go by again and the two employees that were working were walking right by us without saying a word. It was such bizarre service. Also, the waiting area had Glade plug ins that smelled so strongly of vanilla. What restaurant would Want their space to smell like artificial vanilla and not their food? It was just bizarre. The space didn’t feel welcoming like a restaurant. There were plenty of people seated but it was weirdly quiet. Can’t come back.
We left to go try Nectar down the road for the first time and we were so thrilled that it worked out the way it did because we found our new favorite spot there. Delicious food and a great environment with friendly staff.

Craft Kitchen is truly a diamond in the rough here in Bluffton. It’s one of those hidden gems you’re always hoping to find—laid back, welcoming, and consistently serving up some of the best food in town.
My absolute favorites are the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Smash Burger. Both are always cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and leave you craving more every time. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail really stand out.
The service here is always good—friendly, fast, and attentive without ever being pushy. It’s clear the staff cares about making sure every customer leaves happy.

We absolutely love Craft Kitchen! I can’t speak highly enough. The food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing and the service is amazing. You simply can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. - if you read this and you’re going, you’re welcome!
This place was delicious, but a very small burger for the price and fries were a little over cooked. I'd definitely try it again though. The service was pretty good and I dug the atmosphere. But I definitely wish the burger was bigger. 🦈💙

Decided to give this place a try because of the high Google rating. Big mistake. I’m not a big beer person but with the selection I thought my beer loving husband would enjoy it. I had a flight that neither of us were thrilled with. Hubs tried 2 different beers & they were both hard no’s for him. I ordered the smash burger & he had a fried chicken sandwich. McDonald’s would’ve been a better option. 3 servers for a teeny tiny dining room & bar yet the service was slow as was the kitchen. We considered getting dessert but the chicken sandwich immediately made my husband nauseous & for as slow as the service was I want about to wait for dessert, even to go. I won’t be recommending this place.

We ate vegetarian and sweet&spicy burgers. Amazing, tasty, fresh food. Our outside server was really cool, even our doggo got some treat! Friendly and cozy place!
